Some people say that artists such as painters, writers and musicians affect our life more than scientists. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include relevant examples from your experience. There are those who maintain that artists have enormous impacts on people’s life and in this way give them a major role. However, it would seems that this idea are is not fair enough when we look carefully into scientists’ accomplishments. Primarily, it seems that our modern life has been established by results of scientists’ achievements. Nowadays we cannot live without facilities and supporting of new technologies that are results of scientists’ ’s endeavour. For instance, before the discovery ing of penicillin every year thousands of people would died from simple diseases, . however, these illnesses are cured just by taking a pill. Moreover, scientists have significant impacts on our perception of the world. Before new progresses in science, we were living in our imaginary world that was overloaded by many myths and superstitions. These superstitions had leaded led ordinary people astray to believe in some unwise ideas and do some unreasonable actions like the war. However, science has discovered many main reasons of phenomena which once day we linked them to supernatural powers. Apart from scientific ce progress and its direct effects on our life, it appears that many philosophers and artists are affected by achievements of scientists these days. Many new genres in music are influenced by new technologies, and artists employ new instruments in their works and a lot of philosophers and great writers get/derive their ideas from scientists’ outputs and these progresses aim aid them to in thinking out of the box. In conclusion, although it seems that we are more influenced by some artists like musicians and novelists, due to the fact that their outputs are quite likely more accessible and understandable for us, we should be aware that most of the great changes in our life are fruits of modestly calm scientists’ success.

In recent years, we have faced an ever-increasing plight on in the cyberspace called free downloading. While there are certainly valid arguments to the contrary, I personally, believe that the drawbacks of this issue far outweigh its benefits. This essay will attempt to elaborate on this controversial topic with some relevant examples with my involvement. First and foremost, I believe that we need to note that artists have some basic cost as a human being in addition to the extra costs they have to pay to create their works. If we download their works them without paying them, they decisively (undoubtedly) go to a terrible debt not being able to make any further artistic work. Despite the fact that the widespread use of free music and movies succeeded to in opening up people’s mind in underdeveloped areas. such Such a usage has destroyed many film producers, especially young producers ones. However, at the same time H having no cost to watch films and music in Iran, for example, has resulted in a better understanding of the western culture and less anger toward western countries. Equally importantly, this freely enjoyable activity could be considered unethically and questionable at the very least. The more available the artists’s works, the less memorable new products. Disappointed and poor, the artists in such societies have no choice but to involve in other fields to make a living. Admittedly, this is not a merit for society, the art and artists as well. Nonetheless, this may be considered a positive point from the person who does the downloading. Recently I have heard about an individual guy who was charged with providing free access to a magnificent movie data base to people around the globe. This clearly is violation of to artists’ rights. To put it into a nutshell, once again I reaffirm my position as to that free download of artistic works can negatively impact both art and artists. Q: Increasing the price of petrol is the best way to solve the growing traffic and pollution problem. To what extent do you agree or disagree? What other measures do you think might be effective? With proliferation of vehicles in highways and roads, humans faces new problems such as growing traffic and pollution. To my understanding, increasing the price of fuel can be a solution for these problems but it is not sufficient. To reveal relieve traffic congestion and decrease the pollution, we should do more like improving transportation infrastructure and increasing social awareness of the devastating consequences of these problems. To begin with, growing traffic and increasing air pollution are two crucial issues which the governments have to grapple with them. Imposingfat heavy taxes on the fuel is one of the solutions that the governments should dopropose. Increasing the price of fuel might deter people to useusing their personal cars. However, imposing additional taxes on petrol can increase other relevant products ‘s price which may lead to snowballing effects on in the society and at the end of the dayeventually leads to inflation . Hence, it should be more effective if all aspects of this issue be incorporated before introducing new prices for the fuel. Last but not least, to tackle the traffic and pollution problems, all members of the society should be involved. The problem of growing traffic in big cities has reared its ugly head. People are prone to high stress situations and air pollution. Although much ink has been spilled over this issue, nobody really cares about the issue, neither the government nor people. Increasing social awareness about the negative implications of air pollution is another way to convince people to use public transportationinstead of personal cars. People should understand that charity the fight begins at home. According to “ Healthy Life “ magazine’s survey , conducted in 2017, not only does air pollution decrease human life cycle but also leads the human immune system gradually to be destroyed . In the light of the survey’s result ,it is imperative that people use public transportation and governments should improve public transportation infrastructure. In addition, governments should introduce very competitive prices for bus and train tickets which increase their popularity of using these vehicles. To sum up, growing traffic and pollution problems are critical problems ones which should be kept under control. Increasing the price of petrol, increasing social awareness and improving the public transportation system are proposed solutions.

Imagine a world without international tourists! How would it be? A world with all these partitions made by countries where ordinary people would be stuck in their own part of the world and would not have access to the outside easily. These days, this public debate has been going on over whether the advantages of international tourism are more than its disadvantages. Although it may make cause/create some problems, in my estimation its benefits undoubtedly outweigh its drawbacks for the following reasons. The benefits of tourism are apparent. The first and the clearest is that tourism could be one of the main wheels of economic growth in the host country. Besides apart from the money expended by tourists, it produces job opportunities. In the second place, by international tourism the countries especially the host ones promote their culture, traditions, customs and language around the world. The country which closes the its doors to the visitors becomes the forgotten one in culture, customs and language over the years. Furthermore, the visitors and tourists not only get awareness of the destination’s culture, knowledge, lifestyle and beliefs but also bring theirs to the host country. As a result, and third reason, the racisms, prejudices and the distance between people of different nations would decrease more and more and people of various nationalities and nations become closer. On the other hand, some arguments can be made over the disadvantages of international tourism. Some people assume that tourists could be considered as a threat for the host country. They worry about the violence, the disturbing political activities and the transmission of diseases. Undoubtedly, these issues could be prevented and controlled by proper policies and controls by governments. In conclusion, I am convinced that the advantages of international tourism are much more than the disadvantages.

However, the governments of richer nations should take more responsibility for helping the poorer nation in such areas. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? Indeed, their effort is for both the humanity and a peaceful future. One the other hand, a number of nations claim that they are doing their best in order to help countries that are in trouble ,but not only do not they not release them from problems, but also put them under more pressure. For instance, many decades ago Russia had alleged to aid Iran to reachin reaching advancement, but the more time passed the more Russian troops entered Iran and more interferences were produced. Despite the demerits of foreign countries’ assistance, associations like UNICEF and UNESCO are applying themselves to promote the standard levels of life for third-world countries, especially in Africa. Status quo disorders have influenced a great number of children's health and these communities are removing the obstacles of for a better life for these defenddefenceless-less, innocent little creatures to achieve success in future, albeit lots of deprivations. To sum up, I opine although the aids of richer countries can play the role of a divine gift to poorer nations, each of us is responsible for our own destiny as human beings. The more responsibility toward our life, the more prosperity and independence.

At the same time, in the business world, different means of telecommunication, all predicated on the Internet, result in smoother and more efficient operation and management in corporations between business associates and customers; for instance, while customers can freely use social media platforms to make their voice heard, companies, if using these platforms efficiently, are more likely to implement their customers’ perspectives in their products and services. I believe on many occasions, these changes have been beneficial. On the social level, having access to a wide variety of people with common interests and hobbies, people can strike up a conversion more easily. All they have to do is sharing some of their pastimes and they can find people with the same ones and start friendship from there. On the business level, currently, companies can enjoy free customer relationship via social media platforms. Gone are the times when they have had to pay extortionate fees for buying CRM software and their support. Hence, less indirect costs. In conclusion, technology has widely transformed people’s involvement with each other in both the social and business context, both of which have benefited from these changes.
