A balanced diet, or eating balanced meals, is the key to a healthy life. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? There are too many factors which can contribute us to us havinge a healthy life. One of these elements concerns a balanced diet or eating balanced meals. This essay investigates effective terms as key factors to in a healthy life. In my estimation, eating healthy foods like steamed vegetables prolongs the life span of our organs. Although vegetarians are exposed to better health conditions in comparison with those whom they eat meat every day, scientists suggest eating meat at least three times a week as our body needs all the main factors of foods to strengthen itself and tackle diseases which appear through lack of necessary materials. One of the most prominent issues that increases health problems is stress. If people knew how to cope with their stresses, they it would not lead to them developing chronic diseases such as blood pressure, diabetic diabetes and cholesterol. Statistics reveal that most of these troubles stems from neurological disorders. The art of controlling arduous circumstances assists our body into secretinge chemical substances which improve our healthfulness. In addition, living in the fast-paced world leads us through eating fast food and our eating culture modified to use ready and fast-made foods. It is obvious that fast food is not nutritious enough and it does not contain vitamins and proteins which are vital elements for our body. These kinds of foods just have carbohydrates and fats that increase obesity and heart attacks as fatal illnesses of modern societies. To sum up, a balanced diet contains all types of essential components for our physical structure. Not only does eating healthy food bring stamina to our life, but also it makes us feel better and ends up in to experiencinge euphoria in our life.

These days many advertisements are aimed at children. What effect do you think they have? Should advertising to children be more controlled and regulated? The power of advertising cannot be denied by anyone. Advertisements can affect people's decision making. It goes without saying that children are easily influenced by the advertisements, and now the question is if it is ethical to make the advertisements aimed at children? Should such advertisements be banned or at least monitored by a group of utterly neutral professionals? In modern societies it is a controversial topic to decide whether in favor of imposing a limitation on advertisement aimed targeting at children or not. Some believe that it is a direct violation of to personal freedom while some others argue that unsupervised ads aiming at children and young adults is are a kind of child abuse. People whose vote goes for freedom of advertisement for all claim that we must teach our children about the basics of freedom from a very young age, and free advertisement is an extremely powerful tool to show them the true meaning of decision making. In other words, they believe children can learn that they have to decide based on true facts, and accept the results of their own decisions. However, it seems like an expensive way to teach them, but this groups strongly defends their viewpoints and reason that not only do children benefit from this freedom but it also leads to a more prosperous societyies. Banning advertisement for children will definitely result in laying off some people involved in this field. It is amazing to know that there are is another group of people who follow the opposite point of view saying that children are not mature enough to read between the lines of attractively commercial advertisements. They hold the idea that the damages (which) children might be a victim of are irreversible. That the most important target of the marketing activities that children are aimed at by included are financial benefits of the vendors is undeniable. Uneducated and naive, some parents may follow the colorful ads and harm their own children. These are the ones who are demanding officials to legitimate regulate some rules for marketing of companies especially those who produce specific products for children and young adults. To make a long story short, I think while regulation on advertisement has many benefits to consumers, as a defender of freedom I am extraordinarily against any kind of regulation in the media. I think any kind of monitoring can lead to censorship and reduce the achieved freedom in mass media. From my point of view it is on parents to improve their knowledge and help their children to choose their needs, and opening legitimacy to media results in a disaster. In the hope of a day when mankind can share the world in peace without the tensions, and people can live without such concerns.

Government investment in the arts, such as music and theatre, is a waste of money. Governments must invest this money in public services instead. To what extent do you agree with this statement These days, governments are willing to invest on in art-related industries while such a budget is able to be allocated to in communal supports. Yet there remains some disagreement as to whether such a trend should be regarded optimistically or pessimistically. While there are certainly valid arguments to the contrary, I personally believe that importance of public services should be equivalent of art industries or even occasionally should be more in terms of the government's support. First of all, it is an indisputable fact that public services which include/contain construction of hospitals, roads and schools are a testament to level of life in the societal term. The more time and expenses are allocated for communal services by governments, the more changes can be tangible in individuals' lifestyle. Although focusing on the mental and spiritual aspects of humankind which is significant in determining of the quality of life on the level of psychology, art industries should not be addressed to excess economically while scarcity of public services such as schools is able to revolutionize the future of the country negatively. Poor quality schools in villages are particularly a good example in this regard which pose crises related to unemployment and illiteracy. Equally importantly, however, the numbers of the poor in society have been linked to the quality of public services, hence, the vital role of governmental payments in such an influential factor. Admittedly, that the situation of art-based companies in terms of survival in such a price war is at in a high level of risk should not be neglected. To put this issue in perspective, if art companies such as cinemas or theatres were not provided with financial support of governments, they would be more likely to be closed. Nonetheless, I reaffirm that, focusing on people's fundamental needs which is symptomatic of quality of public services, governments should be aimed at development of art industries due to direct effect on humans' dwelling style. In conclusion, considering humankind's needs psychologically and physically, authorities should take steps in order to stem the tide of the problems related to cultural events and public services which gradually result in erecting a utopia. vahid

Employers sometimes ask people applying for jobs for personal information, such as their hobbies and interests, and whether they are married or single. Some people say that this information may be relevant and useful. Others disagree. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Job seekers are sometimes interviewed about their personal life such as their hobbies or marital status. While some take these elements into consideration and regard it them as useful. O others do not hold the same point of view. Sometimes, job recruiters reserve the right to inquire of the interviewee about their private issues such as what they do in their leisure time. They argue that particular kinds of responsibilities might need special characteristics. Raising such questions during the interview could be helpful and informative in recruiting the right person. Some jobs are shift ones, in on some occasions, the person has to travel so often or even in some situations they are not allowed to leave as long as they are not finished. If a woman for instance, with one-year-old child is applying for such career, she might find herself in hardship working in these situations, and her performance will be affected. She might not have the required efficiency. On the other hand, opponents put forward their own concerns. Firstly, they consider this sort of questions irrelevant and discriminative. The applicant might feel either offended or embarrassed. They suggest a person could be totally different during the time spent out of work comparing to time spent at work. They believe we should value the candidates' privacy. Secondly, revealing private information could be problematic. They are likely to be misused. Finally, they can easily lie if they have to respond against their will. From my point of view, I would agree providing such information could be regarded as an efficient approach to better recognize the applicant for certain circumstances. This way, job seekers will be evaluated from various perspectives. However, they can be considered as final round questions and not too personal ones.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Young people nowadays do not give enough time to helping their communities. Use specific reason and examples to support your answer. News stories on TV and news papers are very often accompanied by pictures. Some people say that these pictures are more effective than words. What is your opinion? Give relevant examples. As we are all aware the world is rapidly changing to its worst. People are not kind to the Mother Nature and they are consistently destroying it. War is happening in every corner of the world and is causing/causes a heavy death toll/large number of human beings to lose their lives. The climate is changing and global warming is threatening us. On the other hand, the excessively ameliorating, technology motivates people to learn, seek and know more about the unfamiliar side of the world. Knowing requires observation to some extent; to that end cameras and microscopes and some other devices or machinery have been invented to record videos and pictures in order to provide us with enough evidence of the unknowns such as the smallest parts of formation of an element to the galaxy, the milky way space, asteroids, stars and planets to internal organs of body. Yet, the fastest and most powerful recording device of all time is the eyes. It is said that whatever the eyes see, the mind believes. The more we look and observe through the eyes, the plainer picture we will have of a scene, an object, a person or an incident. Moreover, there are some indescribable moments that are do not contained in words, but the mind can have a clear analysis of that through observation. Knowing the pivotal role of the pictures and even video clips, people use the technology is used to make it more accessible, faster and easier for us to record and share special moments with the others. Once I read an article about the discovery of the American continent by Christopher Colombus. When Indians asked him as to how he got/arrived there, he pointed the ship which he traversed the oceans with. But they were not able to see it, thought it was not that far away. The article claimed that the reason was that since before that time, they had not have seen a ship,. Therefore, the mind did not have any clue of it and was not able to recognize the ship. Aforementioned points are some instances that indicate the significance of eyes in engraving a memory in our minds. News stories on TV and in newspapers papers update people with the latest events. Thus, from my point of view, for transporting a crystal clear sense to the addressee and also affecting them, they should contain what deals with eyes and that would be eye catching and impressive pictures and videos.

FATEMEH Topic: News accompany with pictures. Over the last half century the pace of news broadcasting has increased beyond our wildest expectations. Therefore, the winner is someone who broadcasts the most effective and controversial news round the world. As everybody knows, nowadays our brain in is mostly vulnerable of to much many news as words and sounds. Because of thatas a result, a picture can stick better in our mind rather than a word and also it has more influence. According to statistics, almost the majority of people have an acceptable pictorial memory meaning that they can memorize pictures in details better than the words. In addition, as pictures are silent, they seem to be more effective than words or sounds. Sometimes an image can transfer a great deal of feeling/ an extremely large amount of feelings while words cannot. These feelings can be happiness, sadness or being shocked which are much more stronger than those of made by words. As we see round the world, an image is able to drop a bombshell whilst a piece of news is not. In thattherefore, news agencies must accompany their news with lots od of images since they believe that this way is more effective. The more influential the news, the more audience they gain. Not only do they have to include news with the images, but they also need to choose the most comprehensive photos that photographers take. In conclusion, due to the all above-mentioned reasons, it seems to be more influential that news contain pictures. Moreover, it can be much more impressive comparing to the those non-image ones news(ones).

Many offenders commit more crimes after serving the first punishment. Why is this happening, and what measures can be taken to tackle this problem? There is no denying the fact that many criminals after punishment in prison have more motivation to commit more crimes, and without any doubt this trend is very harmful for societies. Although there are many reasons for this problem, there are some solutions which governments should tackle implement it head-on. From my point of view, the ambience in prisons make the condition worse. When criminals go to jail, they find friends who have acquired many experiences. They would exchange their information about their own personal experiences which will increase their abilities. Moreover, offenders usually are uneducated and without any skill, so it is very difficult for them to find a job and maintain it, and also employers usually avoid hiring people with criminal background. Solving this problem needs many much effort. I think punishment is not the only issue which governments should take into their consideration. Training offenders and using them in different jobs, for example computer programming, designing, carpentry etc. is so beneficial not only for their future but also for the whole society. Only when criminals are forced, will they begin to change. In addition, interacting with people that are educated and play an important role in society can affect them, and being with these people is much more better rather than spending time with other inmates. On the basis of the points mentioned above, I am inclined to believe that for having a better society with the lowest rate of crime, governments and authorities have to arrange constructive programs having positive impact on criminals.

In some large cities, people have to pay a fee when they drive cars into the city center, in a policy to reduce the number of cars in the city. Give reasons in support of and opposing this policy, and give your own opinion. Amin With the ever increasing urban population, people usually complain about traffic congestion as well as the polluted sky as everyone would like to drive into the city center. In response, the government has imposed a charge on the vehicles passing the streets of large cities, especially those located in the middle parts. Although such a policy has brought many advantages, there are many people who criticize the resolution. This essay proposes the benefits provided by the rule. Considering the constantly rising expenses in large cities, some experts opine this decision will result in a worse condition. Both urban settlers and commuters who have to come to the center of large cities will experience another rise in their expenditure. What nudges this problem into a great trouble, according to the opponents, is that the policy will probably be reflected in the cost of products and services offered by the companies into the densely populated city. Other experts, however, introduce the positive impacts on the traffic as well as pollution which every citizen is worried about. If every driver is to proceed into the town with in their private cars, the current state of the congestion will convert into a terrible problem. Besides, reducing the use of private vehicles assists in the removing pollutants from the atmosphere. Hence, the proponents hold that the strategy will certainly make the center of cities an enjoyable place for the general public. On the other hand, the government states that the budget obtained by such payment will be spent on public infrastructures, for instance public transportation, parks, cinemas, and museums. If the resulting income is to be allocated to public transport, concerns over the measure seem to be irrational, since there is no one who does not benefit from the approach. This legislation, consequently, is more likely to make the city center an attractive hotspot for the whole community. To put in a nutshell, making private car owners to pay for driving into the middle parts of cities not only addresses problems such as traffic and pollution, but also brings an entertaining tourist location to the community's weekends.

Water has always been a limited resource in some parts of the world. Today, however, growing worldwide demand has made this a global problem. Water scarcity has become a worldwide problem. Many believe that the next world war might be fought over water resources. Researchers claim that, the growth of population is the main reason for this issue, although, the role of climate change can't be denied. The World population has almost doubled in the last fifty years. This Increase in number of the population has put a lot of pressure on water resources. The population growth leads to increased water demand in Agriculture, Industry and households. Firstly in agriculture, irrigation consumes a large amount of water. Using old irrigation systems such as drowning causes a lot of waste,. furthermore, the large amount of chemicals and pesticides used pollutes the underground water resources. Secondly, the industries and factories use a huge amount of water in their process. For instance, a recent research revealed that developmenting of the iron industry in Isfahan could be the main reason for the Zayandeh-rud river to run dry. Finally, the water consumption pattern for households, is another reason for water shortage, although it has much less effect than the other two. There are three main solutions to solve the problems described above. First of all, the drip irrigation system should be encouraged among farmers. Secondly; factories and industries should be forced to recycle the water they use. And finally, households should be persuaded to consume less water and modify their consumption patterns. In conclusion, water scarcity is a global issue that is mainly caused by fast population growth. But this problem could be solved with governments and population cooperation, through developing new irrigation systems, water recycling and modifying consumption patterns.
