A large number of deaths are caused by road accidents. Why do so many road accidents occur? Make recommendations that help to reduce the number of road accidents. Many people are victims of traffic accidents around the world, which is going to be more and more serious every year as a result of massive car productions. In my opinion this catastrophic situation can be better if we pay more attention to the traffic rolls rules and even by more using of public transportation system. One factor which has lead led to car accidents is exceeding the speed limit/allowed speed by drivers. According to the statistics this is the cause of more than 24 percent of transportation accidents. Another factor having the second place is driving with lack of sleep. The rest of the accidents are often stem from driving while doing another activityies such as arguing or talking with other passengers, listening to loud load music or driving after consuming alcohol or drugs. Developing a better public transportation system and encouraging people for using to use them it instead of personal cars is another treatment for this problem. In addition, to alleviate the rate of these accidents, governments should raise the fines for bad reckless drivers and even be more serious in training people before giving them the driving license. Furthermore, Farther more, they ought to spend more bigger budgets on improving highways and adding more traffic signs in roads. In conclusion, I would argue that both governments and individuals should address this problem. Governments should provide better conditions and rules roll and regulations for drivers and each of us should be careful of our driving habits and try to substitute public transportation with personal cars, when possible.

Children and Homework, Sanaz Nasr https://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/219-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-03-12/1281-children-and-homework-sanaz-nasr https://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/219-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-03-12/1281-children-and-homework-sanaz-nasr

Some people believe that children should not be given homework every day, while others believe that they must get homework every day in order to be successful at school.Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.Throughout school years teachers give students assignments to ensure that their pupils learned what they have taught. Some people argue that learning is related to school time and should be left at school, whereas others opine that there are many a point in doing homework. To begin with, children must spend seven hours at school in a regular day and arrived at home mentally and physically exhausted. In many views if school is not able to teach them in seven fresh hours of day the other hours of study would be futile. Hence, school should rework on the method of teaching. In addition, children should develop their social life in parallel with their educational life. Above all, the kid needs to refresh the mind and body as well as adults who need to relax after workplace. On the other hand, doing assignments will improve the child's merits. A clear example is, when a child is obliged to doing homework in a given time, the child he will develop a sense of responsibility plus punctuality from the early ages. Furthermore, parents can easily get involved in their child's educational life. Not only would this help parents in knowing their child's educational status, but also would illustrate their child's weak spot/weaknesses points in order to assist them in approaching the problem. By way of conclusion, there are strong arguments on both sides of the debate. I am of the opinion that homework helps children master several skills that they need for success in life. However, teachers should ensure that they are not burdening students with excessive work.

Fixed Punishment, Boshra https://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/219-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-03-12/1280-fixed-punishment-boshra https://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/219-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-03-12/1280-fixed-punishment-boshra

Some people believe that there should be fixed punishments for each type of crime. Others, however argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Due to the high rate of criminal activities between individuals, the society has become a fairy dangerous place and people should be completely conscious about their properties. The idea of what kinds of laws should be legislated has sparked a heated debate between authorities. Some of them assume that they had better introduce some strict rules regarding punishment as opposed to some others who claim that the cause of committing crime and the background of criminals are significant criteria. Sometimes times people get into an unexpected conflict because they are anxious Whilst they are not a wrongdoer at all. In fact they are persuaded to fight against their fighter/engage in self-defense. In this way they may hit her/him which and it is considered an inappropriate action/deed/behaviordisobedient activity. Governmental figures should imagine themselves in that situation and predict their reactions whether they could avoid fighting or not. Furthermore, not only had they better do they had better take that situation and the atmosphere of the crime place into consideration, but also they should focus much more on that person in terms of psychological problems. For instance, some members of the public take medicines because they are nervous or even have some mental/psychological spiritual issues. What is more, there is an undeniable differences between people with an evil soul/wicked personality and some others who did not attempt to commit crime but it is happened. It means that the previous acts of them should not be forgotten. On the other hand, some researchers assume that the more laxity in laws, the more crime rates in the society. That introducing some fixed laws warns people is an proven fact and itwhich leads to reducing crime waves. On the whole, I, personally, believe that the reasons of offenders might be reasonable/understandable and authorities should consider them.

Education is not a luxury but a basic human right and as such should be free for everyone irrespective of personal wealth. Do you agree or disagree? It is believed that education is a human right and cannot be considered as a luxury. As a result, it should be free for everyone regardless of personal wealth. I strongly agree with this idea and believe that governments should consider this issue in/at higher levels. First of all, education is a necessity for every individual person, regardless of their race, nationality, beliefs and economic level. It is totally wrong to categorize people for being able to study and attend the school. As long as education is considered a basic human right, it should not belong to a certain group of people/it should not be a privilege peculiar to a certain class. Public schools should be supported by governments to provide an acceptable level of education. School principals should not ask parents about their financial situation and require money for school registration. When governments invest money in on education, not only will individuals benefit from free education, but also the country can take advantage of benefits from having more educated people. As a result/therefore more qualified workforce will be provided for to the society. On the other hand, private schools can continue their job, but that is only an option for those who prefer to pay money for education. For instance, some parents want their children to study in a more isolated environment with fewer students in the class. However, studying in a public school is a good opportunity for children to meet their peers /children from different cultures and economic levels/strata, so this will help their social skills to improve. In conclusion, I agree with free education as it both benefits both individuals and society. The more educated a country is, the more it grows. I Hope no one has to pay for education anywhere in the world.

"If you can dream it, you can do it ". It is a sentence that I have been reviewing constantly for several years which I now feel as part of my existence. I was born within a large family. My father is retired from the navy, and is an exact disciplinarian. Hence discipline and planning have always had a great role in my raising. I am the only child among my siblings who wants to peruse education. In order to fulfill this aim, I am enthusiastically applying to AAAAAAAAAA University for admission to the Ph.D. program of Industrial Engineering. I have always considered my senior brother my mentor because of several reasons. Our age gap is about 18 years. He has a unique perspective to life, and he is an honest person. He was the first person among my siblings to continue his education and obtain an M.S of Mechanical Engineering with an excellent grade from one of the most prestigious and grand universities in Iran (Iran University of Science and Technology). I have always looked up to him. Hence, my admiration for my brother encouraged me to look forward to a vocation as an engineer. My first true introduction to industrial engineering was after consulting with my brother. I spent four years in Islamic Azad University, the best private university among the Iranian universities, with a B.Sc. in industrial engineering in the field of planning and system analysis. During my four-year study, I always attempted to learn the broad diversity of techniques involved in problem solving in order to find out the optimum methods for improving manufacturing processes. I am a hard-working person and with regard to my notable performance in all of my courses, my GPA is 3.34 out of 4, where the mean GPA of the department is as low as 2.3 because of the unbending strategy of grading in our university. I was almost always graded among the top 5 in my technical courses. Besides academic activities, I have participated in other accomplishments like scheduling and performing outside training courses as "Quality Management System Internal Audit" cooperating with TÜV-Academy Rheiland, " Introduction to DIN EN ISO TS 16949 : 2002" cooperating with TÜV-Academy Rheiland, "Strategic Management" cooperating with IRAN INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING and at last not least, "Failure Mode Effect Analysis-FMEA." In this regards, I proudly received a commendation from Cultural vice president, Scientific communities director and Head of industrial engineering department. With consideration of my noteworthy experience, I profoundly understand several concepts and abilities like team-work, efficient resource investigation and independent research. Although the theorical courses increase my eagerness about my major, the lack of practical experience made me attend several projects to satisfy my curiosity in practice. I was hired as a part-time job employee in two enterprises during my Bachelor of Science ("Godakhtar Group Ind. Co." and "Machine Sazi Arak Ind. Co." respectively). I was cooperating to find out their shortcomings in manufacturing line, organizational structure and organizational formal relations to increase their efficiency and facilitate their processes. Moreover, I had spent my internship in "Machine Karan Arak Ind. Co." contributing in planning and human-resource department. I completed my final thesis of Bachelor of Science under supervision of Dr. Khalili by obtaining a full grade with a theme of Inventory Control in "Vagon Pars Co." After finishing my B.Sc., I was passionate about pursuing a graduate degree at a prestigious university. In 2013, I participated in the national entrance exam for M.S. of industrial engineering. My score on the exam ranked me 380th among more than 8000 participants, and gladly succeeded in being accepted into the University of Tehran, one of the most wellknown and valid universities. Throughout all topics during my M.S., I was fascinated by occupational human behavior, Health and safety, human factors and resilience engineering. Hence, I started to gain more knowledge regarding the mentioned topics. Also I took part in various research papers under the supervision of Dr. A. Azadeh. Furthermore, eight-month co-operating with Mr. Azadeh gives me an excellent opportunity to find out what I would like to do as my final thesis. For the first time, this thesis integrates HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and RE (Resilience Engineering) factors for overall performance optimization of an actual auto-parts manufacturer. Moreover, the impacts of HSE factors on enhancement of RE have been surveyed, and vice versa. The thesis is a practical approach for decision-makers to realize the indicators which can have significant influence in their systems and how they can improve the performance of their sources. Engineering and research are not only my interests in university, but also are a manner of my life. I have been living on my own since 2010, and I have been applying for that principle as much as possible in my daily life. Since 2014, I have been working and studying simultaneously. I always work extremely hard and overcome all of the restrictions to obtain what I desire. I have been working full-time in the foreign commercial department of a great gearbox manufacturer (Nirou Moharreke Industrial Company) as the assistant of planning & coordinating division. I am also a commercial expert. With regard to my experience from working and studying environments, I deeply realized educational atmosphere has more positive influence on me. Thus, I decided to put all of my attention on academic research. I take pleasure in learning and do not want to deprive myself of this potential desire by giving up my education. There are some determined research topics that I would like to be involved in such as resilience engineering, ergonomics, health care, occupational safety and human factors. My attention to applying to Ph.D. program at AAAAAA University is due to its honorable faculty, high excellence of study and strong research facilities, where problems have been solved via theories and advanced technologies together. My future plan for career is that I become a faculty member at a prestigious university or a professional researcher and a developer at cooperation. I look forward to your consultation to help me through that best position by considering my capabilities and determining if I have a chance to do my best output there.

In Many Countries Women no Longer Feel the Need to Get Married, Arshia Shoghi https://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/219-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-03-12/1277-in-many-countries-women-no-longer-feel-the-need-to-get-married-arshia-shoghi https://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/219-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-03-12/1277-in-many-countries-women-no-longer-feel-the-need-to-get-married-arshia-shoghi

In many countries women no longer feel the need to get married. Some people believe that this is because women are able to earn their own income and therefore do not require the financial security that marriage can bring. To what extent do you agree? in many countries Women no longer tend to get married. Some people believe that this is because women are becoming more self-sufficient. thus, the financial prosperity that marriage can bring is no longer a momentous factor for them. I almost agree with the given statement but I also believe that there are more reasons for this reluctance. The importance of financial security for women's marriage used to be is inevitable but nowadays with the economic development throughout the world and the rise of job opportunities and leaving costs, most of the women are going to work and have a decent income. Therefore, they care less about livelihood/materials as a pivotal factor for marriage and put their concentration mostly on their career or their studies due to the fact that the marriage rate has fallen/declined/decreased been decreased constantly over the past few years. There are also some other reasons for this reluctance/unwillingness/misgivings. For instance, "over expectations." women should be aware that Romea wasn't built in a day and that is impossible to start a wonderful life at the very first. beginning. with such expectations it will be so difficult for them to say yes to a man proposale and even more difficult for men to propose in the first place. in addition, a marriage is not all about financial support. it is also about emotional support but in the recent years most of the people have relationships before they get married and as a result; emotional needs don't play a major role on in marriages anymore. To conclude, my firm conviction is that the main reason for this reluctance is women's self-sufficiency but it is not such a disaster that they don't feel the need to get married. it is even good to an extent because due to that they can leave traditions behind and think more intellectually about marriage and care more about moralities and emotions regardless of to materials.

Students are Becoming more and more Reliant on the Internet, Amir Mohammad https://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/219-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-03-12/1275-students-are-becoming-more-and-more-reliant-on-the-internet-amir-mohammad https://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/219-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-03-12/1275-students-are-becoming-more-and-more-reliant-on-the-internet-amir-mohammad

Students are becoming more and more reliant on the Internet. While the Internet is convenient, it has many negative effects and its use for educational purposes should be restricted. How far do you agree with this statement? (21- Memarzadeh) Nowadays the Internet has become an essential part of our life, and everyone is benefiting from this unlimited source of information from one way or another. There are lots of people who believe that the emergence of the internet has a dramatically positive change on a student's life. Students do not have to spend so much time inside libraries, and a limited number of reference books do not stop them researching. However, the negative aspects of the Internet and its impacts on students has have come into spotlight recently, and it has become a hot topic among the critics. It goes without saying that thanks to the Internet, students and researchers are not so far away from a huge source of information. Their requested data which is mostly free of charge is available by a click, but we should not disregard the drawbacks of availability of such a huge data and the benefits of big companies who make enormous amounts of money out of the Internet. Such companies monitor users' activities to recognize their needs and interests, and based on those parameters, insensible pop ups appear on his/her screen. This is considered as one of the most popular distractors for students, and unconsciously they may spend hours on those pages for hours. Another demerit of the Internet that I think should be restricted for students is online games and social media pages. Those pages are so attractive that students usually do not recognize how much time they spent on them. They even reason that after hours of studying we need some time to be refreshed or we are just trying to be connected to our classmates or find new friends who are studying or working in the same field to build our networks which is suitable for our future career. But the true fact is that in most cases students are just wasting their time, not only do they not study but also due to lack of physical activity suffer from of obesity. In conclusion, the internet just like every other phenomenon has lots of advantages and disadvantages, and it is on the users who can make the best of it. I personally do not agree with any kind of restrictions on the Internet for students, and consider it a clear violation of to students' freedom. I think that students are free to choose whatever they wish to read or see to real and any kind of blockage makes them to find a way to access their demands.
