Task: Some international companies are very powerful now and many people believe that it is a negative development. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give your reasons and relevant examples. Nowadays there is an enormous number of mega enterprises around the world some of which are excessively powerful. While there are persuasive arguments in favor of this development, others believe that it will have adverse effects on socialsociety. In this essays we will discuss both points of view and finally we will observe the author’s perspective. Firstly, I consider this trend as a positive development due to its great influence on economy. Simply put, the main cause of the high-rate joblessness is the lack of active companies which can recruit individuals, so multi-national companies are the best solution which are able to employ a large number of the unemployedment who whom are breadwinners. On the one hand, these enterprises with their cutting-edge whose laboratories are the leaders of scientific development science developer leader in the world who play a vital role in breakthroughs. For instance, BMW which is one of the best car manufacturers not only expands knowledge, but also creates job opportunities. Secondly, I assert that all the developments have has their adverse effects and such companies are no exceptionthis is not an exception. The Most important demerit of this trend is that many small companies will be bankrupted, for they are not capable to compete with strong enterprises. Moreover, international companies are the ones who set prices in many companies. For example, in my country a large numerous number of construction companies goes bankrupted because some powerful governmental companies with an unlimited resources win all the tender bids. In conclusion, I strongly hold the opinion that strong companies are a must in order to pave the ways for a sustainable development. However, it is incumbent on the government to introduce laws regarding supporting the small and fresh enterprises, otherwise the disadvantages of strong companies outweigh the disadvantages. the disadvantages of that.

As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is expectation of job satisfaction for all workers? Since nowadays most people spend a significant amount of their lives at work, so the individuals’ feeling about their job would undoubtedly mirror how they feel about their life as a whole. Therefore, job satisfaction plays a key role in welfare of these people. Many factors contribute to a fulfilling job one of which is a decent salary so that it offers a living wage thereby employees can meet at least a major part of their needs. Furthermore, generous benefits/perks such as a good holiday entitlement or a company car are other points that could give a rise to a desirable job. Apart from monetary aspects, on-the-job training opportunities for the workforce create a condition in which they can grow and climb the career/corporate ladder to broaden their own horizons. Not only do those experiences not only do they make them grow career-wise but also as a human. Another crucial factor is a stimulating working environment. If employees spent at least 8 hours in a to controlled environment without doubt not only would some psychological issues arise but also the quality of work would be affected as opposed to . As opposed to when there is a cordial atmosphere between colleagues and particularly a proper employee-employer relationship which creates an intimate ambience where which through that both sides confide in each other and thereby many work-related problems will be solved. In conclusion, I would say if some feasible tips such as the items have mentioned above are taken took into account in a workplace it will would be a pragmatic approach which paves the way for a greater degree of job satisfaction. Topic: Going overseas for university study is an exciting prospect for many people. But while it may offer some advantages, it is probably better to stay home because of the difficulties a student inevitably encounters living and studying in a different culture. To what extent do you agree or disagree whit this statement? Basically, the primary goal of education is to provide people with sufficient knowledge of skills to have more productive and satisfying lives. To this end, some people prefer going abroad to study in a foreign country with the desire of higher qualifications with while it's all the drawbacks. On the one hand, the perspective of modern education systems and better research facilities encourage people to decide studying abroad. Those in favor enumerate that the most obvious advantages of overseas university studying are learning a foreign language. There is no doubt that studying in other countries provides the opportunity for to real-life use of a different language. Learning several methods to cope with the new culture is another positive aspect of overseas studying. Overcoming these kinds of problems leads to an increase in their self-confidence. It offers them various perspectives of life which is of paramount importance. Overseas qualifications help the students get a better job when they return home. In contrast, one of the major problems with overseas study is that it is expensive. Tuition fees are very/quite high and often the cost of living is higher than that in the students' 's own country. Living far from family not only irritates the students, but also may result in homesickness. The main problems encountered by such students overseas students are culture shock especially for those away from their country for the first time. They miss their friends and family. School has a crucial role to play in this regard. The more campaign of team-wok activities conducted by school consultancy, the less homesickness problem students would encounter. In conclusion, despite of the difficulties of overseas studying, I would argue the advantages of studying abroad outweigh the disadvantages. This long-term investment is a worthwhile gaining experience.

It’s generally believed that some people are born with certain talent, for instance for sport or music and others are not. However, it is sometimes claimed that any child can be taught to become a good sports person or musician. Discuss both three views and give your own opinion: In the search for the seek for an optimum approach to teaching and training different fields, such as sport and art for instance, has been a divisive issue which concerns people’s extraordinary talents. Whether these abilities are innate or acquired remains controversial. While some people hold the opinion of not considering special flair for anyone, a large number of people believe there are individuals with exclusive talents. They argue these exceptional individuals have a gift for special capacity which makes them learn fast. It has been said that not only are they (they not only are) quick in absorbing information, they are marvellous performers; the feature which is considered their strongest plus point/strong suit. Moreover, they assert famous musicians and sport champions for instance, are magicians who create their masterpieces as if they are inspired by their own intuition. however, others claim that all individuals, all over the world, possess a similar neuro system and if one person is able to achieve something, the others are likely to get the same results as well, even though they do not take issue with accepting the fact of the existence existing some exceptional individuals. They assert in training and education systems by means of effective methods and positive reinforcements they are able to teach highly efficient artists and sportsmen. In developed countries, especially, both music and sport trainers, are tend to invest in their students’ passion and guide them to have powerful commitment to achieve their goals. If I were to opt for one of these sides/stances controversies, I would vote for the third group. Welltrained coaches and trainers put take efficient methods into action. They strongly believe an insatiable passion for ultimate result is a contributory factor, by which people could be able to expand their capacities and abilities. In a nutshell, I always agree with the this proverb that goes” practice makes perfect”. Underestimation of/Underestimating humans’ indefinite capability of fulfilling acing their desires is a huge mistake.

Some people choose to eat no meat or fish, they believe that this is not only for their own health, but also benefits the world as a whole. On the other hand there the others who disagree with these beliefs. Discuss these views and give your own opinion. With the medical research on the rise, people are becoming more health-conscious. In developed countries, in particular, large number of people take the precedence over watching their food ingredients. High percentage of people believe not only are the poultry, red meat and fish not efficient nutrition sources, but also vegetables and herbal products provide proper nourishment for people. On the other hand, critics, who take issue with this belief, act entirely different. From my perspective, both groups entitle to their comments to some extent. Vegetarians, who take up special diet which mostly includes agricultural products such as pulses, vegetables, herbs and so forth, consider their choice on two fronts. Firstly, they believe the idea of killing animals for human needs is abhorrent; let alone for food purposes. They assert animals have the right to live on the earth without being endangered. Secondly, they argue that Nature reimburse us from other different sources. As I mentioned before, all the products which can be cultivated and planted are said to be the best supplants as they are well-nourished, healthy, stomach-friendly and reduce the risk of vast range of diseases. However, critics are not on the same boat with vegetarians. They do not attract to the taste of vegetables, neither do not they think that this kind of food can provide whole essential vitamins, minerals or protein for body. From my perspective, it is expedient to follow moderate diet in order to ensuring of receiving complete package of essential nutrition factors. My strong conviction is that the decent way of being a picture of health, is avoid consuming synthetic and chemical food, instead of organic and healthy one. As an upshot, living a fast-paced life gives rise to healthy food ignorance, it is incumbent on us to moderately consume all organic food, hence avoiding extremism.
