Some people think that watching sports as their leisure time activity is a waste of time. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Watching sport tournaments or matches on screen or sitting in a stadium is a way to pass free times for some people and others argue that it is a bad use of time, but I think that the only important thing is being relaxed. Spending time in front of TV or a computer and watching favorite programs online or offline, are is a type of leisure time for some people and have has a lot of excitement for them. They prefer to fill their bowl of cop corn and sit on a sofa and watch matches of their team while they are surrounded by their family members, and when it comes to talking about teams, they are so aggressive. In addition, watching sport competitions and being a fan of a team, may can be a type of hobby and fill our free times. Then, not only is it an exciting filler for our pastimes, but it also can be a reason to collect to gather our acquaintances around us and makes our day. It can be in a room or a stadium, but it is not important that where and when it happens., the only precious thing is that you just enjoy it. On the other hand, some argue that sitting on a chair in a sport facility or on a couch at home in front of a screen and burning calories because of others' competition and being nervous is are not a proper way to spend your leasure leisure time at. Having a swim in a pool alone or with releatives can be both exciting and healthy. In conclusion, I think it is not important what we do in our free times, but if it is adapted compatible with our feeling fellings and if we are enjoying it, this is a are more important issue, although having activities guarantees our health. Traffic Problems of big cities Traffic congestion is a fundamental problem in some modern civilizations. It is created due to the urgent need in transportation to manage the daily affairs. It consumes time and energy of many people. In general, it is the capitals of the whole population of a country which are is wasted in the crowded road/streets. In the city where we live, all citizens are dealing with this issue daily. Unfortunately, as it seems there is no comprehensive policy to confront this important problem efficiently. So day by day it is (deteriorating) getting bigger and bigger and each citizen has to allocate more time to reach his/her destination. One of the main reasons of the blockage is concentration of the major part of facilities and money in certain points/areas of a country which must be corrected as soon as possible. It is truly logical when all the facilities are gathered in one region, all the population living in different parts will tend to inhabit in that very point.(centralization, decentralization) As I heard before, the Guinness longest traffic jam is recorded in China for more than 100 kilometers. But I think this record is now belongs to us. The length of traffic in the Tehran to Chalus road amounts to 170 kilometers in on some holidays and it may last more than a day. In spite of the overpopulation which our country faces it, some solutions might be accessible. Most crowded countries like Japan have tried many methods to overcome this challenge.phenomenon. They extend their highway networks,; manage the distribution of the population in their country territory and use their resources desirably. In conclusion, traffic congestion is a big problem and big problems need big actions. The government should codify certain policies to help the citizenry to save their time, and the people themselves must perceive they should not not to use private cars as much as possible. Public transportation is an important alternative which both the government and people should be responsible about. In addition, walking and cycling amenities are required in different cities and should be constructed by the municipalities.

The mass media, including television, radio and newspapers, have great influence in shaping people’s ideas. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? Nowadays, the mass media can have profound influence in people’s notion and opinion. People in different ages follow the television and radio programs according to their interests. It becomes more common that people use the media such as radio, television, newspaper and Internet to receive international news and to be entertained. The media accelerate the spread of culture and lifestyle. We can see young people around the world become more similar in some features like music, movie, hair and clothing style and generally attitude style. There is an improvement in some inappropriate social behavior which is discussed in a medium and is given some tips to resolve it, based on census. Therefore, the media is a good approach to develop the culture or address some serious social problems. For instance, global warming, shortage of water and health care are important subjects that could be discussed in a TV program or in a newspaper article. To be realistic, the media play a prominent role to shape people’s ideas but this is not always a positive impress. Although people can gain moral values and knowledge from media, sometimes they find it useless and boring. Do all the TV or radio programs or newspaper reports attract us? In some occasions, some media do not cover all the news around the globe or spread it with a bias which might lead us not to trust this certain medium anymore. To conclude, Media can make undeniable impact on various types of audience. Of course we should consider that if they were not useful and reliable, it would achieve a negative result and would cause the reduction of audience.

People attend college or university for many different reasons (new experiences, career preparation, increased knowledge). Why do you think people attend college or university? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. The first thing that comes to mind when someone is attending a college or university is why he is doing so. We are all aware of the high tuitions of these institutes; moreover, if you attend one of them you are likely to spend about four years of your life in them which is something that shouldn't be taken flippantly, so everyone wants to know what's going to happen to these huge investments. There are many reasons for attending a university like increasing knowledge, someone's family's encouragement and even just enjoying the atmosphere of a university. Though the most important reason, in my opinion, is getting a better job in the future. Let's face it! if you want a decent/good economic/economical and social status in the current world, you must have a college degree. Some might point out few people that succeeded in their life's without one, but that's the point; the few are the exception, ,(?) not the rule. When you study in a college, there will be a whole new world of opportunities open for you. You can be a scientist, engineer or study management and eventually become a prestigious, six figure salary CEO!, While while if you don't, you will be a plumber, janitor or a police officer, and even many of these occupations need education. All of those jobs are beneficial and necessary for society, but they usually involve a lot of toils and they are not highly paid; in other words, the jobs are not simply worth it. Besides, they usually involve doing something over and over again so they are utterly boring. At last, it's worth mentioning that, we should respect all jobs equally and try not to disrespect offend any job since we need them all; however, a degree can help us have an easier, better paid and (a) more exciting job.
