To some extent do you agree with eating sugary foods? We all know that too much sugary foods like chocolate bars and other kinds of wrapped sweets can cause not only diabetes, but also tooth decay. Eating sugary foods cause raises calorie intake and obesity. On the other hand, sugary foods may be enjoyable, but nobody likes toothache because it is very painful. We did used to eat sugary foods in our childhood. And it seems that the more sugar we eat, the more we want. If we try to eat less sweet, sugary foods won't taste quite good for us, so . So , eating the amount of sugar depends on both our habits and meal plan. We can reduce the consumption of sugary foods by raising taxes on buying these kinds of foods. Based on research, France has already adopted a sugar tax. They can spend that money from sugar tax on reforming health service. This is the way to improving health care with public money. Therefore, chocolate and confectionary will become more expensive and people buy less sugary foods. The other way to reduceing the consumption of sugar is eliminating vending machines with confectioneryary, soft drinks and sweet snacks in public institutions like schools, universities and hospitals. It/this measure plays a pivotal role in reducing sugar consumption. To sum up, it is important to eat healthily when we are children. Good eating habits are the best way to reduce sugar consumption. Educational groups can help people to changeing children's taste so that they have proper nourishing.

Popular events like the football World Cup and other international sporting occasions are essential in easing international tensions and releasing patriotic emotions in a safe way. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? As a matter of fact wars and tensions between nations are shaping history. The roteroot, however lies lays in human’s demand for power, coming to it or being under its umbrella. Since last century, attempts have been made in order to decrease tensions between nations especially after the II World War. Some believe that international occasions such as Olympics assist in paving assets to pave the way for addressing some sorts of conflicts, but others, myself included believe that they are just separate phenomena. Although , although politics can influence other sections, it is a one way road. Sport competitions philosophy is based bases on raising arising morality and exercisinges them to be moral in serious situations, which is a delightful sign to remind us of humanity. But in this era when every subtitle owns its branches everything becomes so self‐centered. As an example, winning world football cupcap itself is a serious target whatever the philosophy of the competition is supposeds to be. It brings power, wealth, fame, enough targets for any subject to concentrate on. It could be said that politics influences other areas in that every activity between nations is political, that is to say politics is the a mother of games. On the other hand, it is true that in on some occasions nation’s reactions show that respect to human values is still alive. For instance, boycotting the 1988 Olympic in Russia from a numbers of countries because of not inviting Afghanistan, but not this is not happening nor other this kinds reactions does not solve conflicts or even influenceing them. Competing during a game with specific rules, athletes free from their nationality and identity not only is not because of morality which for sure there is no touchstone for measuring it, but also because it is a different game with its own regulations. Iran wildlife What do you know a bout your country wildlife? Maybe you heard this sentence of Gandhi that he says (you can recognize a nation with their behavior with towards animals). Protection of animals and plants planets population in different ecosystems is one of the important aims at the environmental protection agency. Responsibility for preservinge plants and animals species per country is for people, legislation and regulatory institutions. Unfortunately, in Iran people in anyway do not no heed to this matter as well as authorities even do not no heed to this and they don’t have any worry about that. All of this is happening to a the country that is one of the best geographical locations and it have has 1140 animal species such as birds , reptiles, mammals, fish and amphibians. But the nature of this country during the past years has wasbeen really neglected, as a result during the years 1356 to 1380 we lost lose (we destroyed) 90 percent of Iran's wildlife , this shocking statistic is indicates that the summarily process of destruction of nature during the 30 past years has found widespread dimensions. the important reasons are : 1‐ Habitat destruction 2‐ Not paying attention to the necessary rights of water for ecological balance in rivers state. 3‐ Login entry of a variety of industrial, agriculture and urban pollution into on aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems in the country . 4‐ Poaching and poaching/illegally huntingarms . 5‐ Existence of livestock over capacity in wildlife habitats. 6‐ Lack of adequate laws and regulations. 7‐ Ignoring the various values of wildlife in development planning. 8‐ Lack of statistics and detailed information about wildlife. . 9‐ Uncontrolled exploitation of water resources and threatened wetlands. 10‐Consecutive droughts. 11‐Lack of facilities, equipment and quantitative and qualitative and qualitative force. About the last one it should be said almost 17 million hectares of Iranian territories as a national parks, protected areas, and wildlife refuge to preserve animal genetic resources is managed by the dDepartment of eEnvironment . in addition 7 million hectares are is defined as a prohibited hunting areas . all these lands about 2600 ranger, each person is under the protection of 6500 hectares of land per capita . according to international standards Iran needs at least 10000 rangers . while we have hire 7000 persons for controlling the Iranian dress code veil just in Tehran .

Task: some people say that the only reason for learning foreign language is in order to travel to or or work in a foreign country. Others say that these are not the only reason why someone should learn a foreign language. Discuss both these views and give your opinion. These days, learning a new language is quite common among people. Some believe that they learn a new language as they want to immigrate to a new country for working, or pass their holidays, but others assert that learning a new language is not just for working or pastime purposes. They argue that it is going to be a necessity for future. Nowadays, many people are eager admire to take a job or have fun in a foreign country, so . So they start to learn a new language. They believe that employers are more eager to recruit bilingual rather than monolingual sraff (staff instead of monolingual). In addition, spending holidays in other countries is becoming/growing/getting very common these days, so people commence to learnlearning a new language in order to have a better pastime. For example, in my country many people start to learn Turkish since they would like to spend their holidays in Turkey. Then, others believe that we are going to live in a boarderless borderless world, so learning languages is going to be a must/an essential. They assert that learning a new language will help people to grasp understand/feel/identify other races easier. Moreover, they argue that nowadays students require to do more and more research in comparison with the past, thus they should read more recent articles many of which (which many of them) have has been written in other languages, hence they are quite dependent on other languages. In conclusion, I strongly believe that learning a new language will affect all aspects of individuals' life. In other words, it is going to be an essential for future life. I mean learning a new language is not only for especial purposes, but also for passing a routine life.

Apart from many advantages, people think the internet has created some disadvantages too. To what intent do you agree or disagree? Ever since the advent of the internet people have wondered about the boon or curse of usinge the internet to the society. There is no denying the fact that it has benefited our society. From my point of view it also has caused various problems as well. Over the last decade, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of people who use the internet. They prefer to shop online. Now people perform banking transaction on the go. It has not only caused an extensive bulk of cyber‐crime but also made people wary of online banking because each year they totally lose money amounting to billions dollars. Social media addiction is another obstacle. The excessive use of social media is also known to cause several psychological problems. Among that, cyber‐bullying is on the rise. We can see that people’s privacy often gets violated on the internet. There have been several cases where victims of cyber‐bullying committed suicide, so the internet has wreaked wracked havoc with people’s lives. Social media has also caused alienation. In addition to this, anti‐social elements sell pirated movies, e‐books, CDs on the internet and it causes huge losses to the industry. Nowadays, the internet provides limitless access to the obscene or violent content while surfing the web. Worse still, kids get exposed to this inappropriate content unwittingly. In conclusion, people have benefited in countless ways by the advent of the internet. But it also brings out numerous difficulties.
