Some people argue that job satisfaction is more important than job security, while others believe that they cannot always expect job satisfaction and a permanent job is more important. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. In the present and modernized world, whether the satisfaction is one of paramount significant factors to pick up an occupation or not has sparked much debate. Some people assert that being happy with a job at the workplace is essential for boosting the turnover, whereas some others argue that secured jobs are likely to guarantee their working life. I strongly believe that, the former side is much more effective and the both sides are ascertained below. Convincing arguments can be made that having a satisfying profession is of overriding importance which provides comprehensive merits not only for employees’ health but also for their companies. To start with, since the living standard is constantly increasing and work-life balance is getting harder to maintain, people need enjoyment at work to become a mentally healthy individual which results in a happy and stress-free community. In other words, satisfied employees may also concentrate on their personal commitments and life; so they can strike a balance in their lives without any preoccupied minds. Moreover, encouraging an organization’s growth and productivity, happy and content people might bring creativity and innovation to organizations. The reason that lies behind this concern issue is that satisfied people have fresh minds besides having interest about their occupations which enforces them to come up with novel ideas to assist companies to in become flourishedflourishing. Admittedly, having a safe and permanent job is a key elements into earning a living in the long run without being worry worried about having sufficient income or finding new occupations. Even so, after a while and meeting the basic needs of life in the first stages of the career ladder this crucial item, secured job, will be disappeared step by step and other factors including the sense of satisfaction or fulfillment will start to emerge. This is the very reason for which people should choose a job that would provide them with meaningful employment. In summary, I would concede that feeling of satisfaction is the most vital facture factor into choose choosing one’s occupation to spring up both the level of companies and employees’ mental health. Albeit constantly income certainly affects people's choice of profession, it is an important factor only in the early steps of one’s career. Once the basic needs have been met with, other factors become more noticeable.

Some people believe that women should be treated as equal to men when applying for a job with police or the military. Others think women are less suitable for this kind of job. Discuss both views and give your opinion. There has have been heated debates amongst people as to whether women candidates who are applying for joining the police force or the army should be treated on an equal footing or not. I would argue that all individuals should have the equal opportunities that are not biased toward a certain gender. In on one hand, some people believe that women cannot overcome the insurmountable barriers in such hard jobs since they are physically and mentally different from their male counterparts. The advocates of this idea claim that women's personal characteristics serve as a deterrent while carrying out their duties since these jobs require severity with offenders and criminals. Moreover, they believe that women's physical capabilities are not on a par with those of men. That is to say, women are less likely to win face-to-face battles and fights and they will be the underdog. On the other hand, although men and women have major differences on several grounds, it does not mean that they the latter are not capable of serving in the army or working as a policewoman. Most of people's traits come from their genes and their hormones which can be vary from one person to another in both genders. In other words, being sensitive is not restricted to one gender. In addition, physical capabilities can be enhanced by taking exercises. That there are many women taking part in extreme sports such as wrestling and boxing is an undeniable fact. Joining clubs and showing perseverance, women can buildt their physical capabilities and preparing prepare for real fights. I do opine that depriving women of what they desire to do, however challenging, is a kind of discrimination which is against equality, hence the importance of altering our view about this matter. In conclusion, while some share the view that women are not suited to military and police jobs, I believe that it is their inalienable right and no one should impose any restriction whatsoever to be entitled to.

142 Some employers reward members of staff for their exceptional contribution to the company by giving them extra money. This practice can act as an incentive for some but may also have a negative impact on others. To what extent is this style of management effective? Are there better ways of encouraging employee to work hard? Nowadays, the compensation system has a vital rules role in all of entities enterprises that want to enhance the efficiency of their workers/staff/workforce/personnel. Employers prefer to pay on based on performance of employees. by contrast, most of the employees are looking for a fair or fixed payments system. The critical question is how the companies can set the compensation system with the more motivate motivating effects on workers. Employees prefer a payment method with stable formula without any variations and payment stereotype. So if they find that some employees were prized without any satisfactory reason for them, they will be disaffected. And looking for new opportunity to leave and resign, talent employees and the rest may not be not working efficiently as the same as before. As result, discontent grows immediately in labor and paralyzing paralyzes the company. Although, the employees prefer a stable method, employers are looking for compensation methods with emphasize emphasis on additional payments to staff for their exceptional contribution to the firmfrim. They want to motivate the employees and increase their efficiency. In other words, it is necessary to set up a payment system that in which creative and efficiencies efficient staff are entitled to additional payments. This method encourages employees to enhance their performance and it will be useful not only for the employees but also for companies. In order to avoidAvoiding less negatives impact on staff, employers need to describe the payment methods for employees and set off criteria for them that show how they will been entitled for additional payments. In this instance, more than 50 percentage of annual salary salaries in marketing companies are related to their sales numbersamounts. This target will be determinedselect in annual budgets and will encourage employees to work harder. To sum up; as I saidstated above, if the employers can describe the payments method for the staff and assign them quotaselect aims for them, they can motivate employees to increase their efficiency and avoiding negative impacts.

there is some doubt as to whether people who living in a country with a different language have some difficulties such as serious problems in the new society in it. However, in my opinion those people have lots of problems especially in social ones. To begin with, communication is the most important of humankind’s needs. People who have to live in other countries cannot communicate well due to lack of their skill to speak in a language of the destination’s country. Therefore, they become isolated and face lots of social problems. For instance, a person who wants/seeks to work or study in England should acquire English well while in many cases they do not have enough time/despite their time constraints. So he/she could not speak with people when arrive arriving in England. Plus, maybe people bother her/his him because of her/his color or language. So in most of the cases immigrants prefer to not to communicate with others. After a while they face serious problems such as depression. Nowadays, people who immigrate to a country which has different people and languages usually complain about its racial racist citizens. Although it is true that we are living in the 21st century, the world still has many racists. Immigrants cannot be comfortable when they go out so they prefer to appear in society. For example, news broadcasted recently about 3 English man men who attacked a Chinese because they thought the coronavirus just started in London because of those people. To make a long story short, I think immigrants deal with a lot pf of problems and one of themone of which is preventing avoiding being in society.

The advocates of international aid believe that countries have a moral obligation to help each other, while the opponents consider it unnecessary because money is misspent by the government that receives it. Discuss these two points of view and give your opinion. Nowadays, due to globalization, challenges mainly extend beyond national borders which necessitates cooperation among countries to solve joint problems. This, alongside other reasons, has given rise to international aid directed from rich nations to the less fortunate ones. In spite of the evident benefits for both sides, the way in which such help should be provided so that people directly benefit from it is still in dispute. Thanks to advances in technology and transportation, internal frontiers are technically diminishing. National problems which once weakened a country in favor of its prospective enemies in the same region are now a threat to all. An outbreak of viral diseases, economic recession, or political instability can cross borders between countries and even continents instantaneously and become a global issue. Moreover, the humanitarianism may be the actual reasons. Despite lacking an agreed definition, the ethics cross cultures, religions and history, which makes humanitarian principles a universal language. As humans, we need to help our kinds in order to be grateful to what we have been given. In the words of Paul Newman, we should acknowledge luck, the benevolence of it in my our life, and the brutality of it in the lives of others. However, the money cannot be considered well-spent if it is given to the government of the recipient country. In many cases the government is packed with corrupt politicians, or run by a tyrant who puts histheir needs above their nation, reaching their hands avariciously out for the money offered. Thus the charity could fuel the corruption in those countries, adding to the victims’ misery, hence the importance of opening other channels rather than the government. One proposed option would be establishing or using third parties like non-governmental organizations (NGOs) or educational institutions to provide goods and services directly to for the citizens of the country who make decisions and actions only in service of putting the people out of misery. For instance, helping train police, who are selected after a background investigation to ensure that the trainees are not corrupt or vulnerable to blackmail can be a huge step towards reducing crime which obviously can bring about other benefits. In conclusion, while foreign aids provided by richer and more developed countries can save a nation and alleviate their sufferings, the way in which these contributions are made should be double checked in order to prevent any more possible corruption or mitigating mitigate the present problems.

Many people are working long hours, leaving very little time for leisure activities. Does this situation have more advantages or more disadvantages? In modern societies, individuals spend most of their time at the workplace without indulging themselves. I would argue that this trend's drawbacks far outweigh its benefits. Living in capitalistic societies, people mostly toil from dawn to dusk to earn money which assures that they are them being able to make their ends meet. Money brings power and safety, hence the importance of having adequate amount of it for a rainy day. Not only can an employee make more money by working overtimes, but also he can thrive on his job. They can leave a profound impression on the employers, thereby enhancing their job security and reputation as a dedicated employee. Apart from the aforementioned merits of working long hours, it will cause many problems for individuals. Firstly, it will pale the family bonds as a result of lack of sharing experiences. That the quality time which family members spend together makes them more related and connected is an undeniable fact. These close-knit relationships have a great impact on a person's mental wellbeing. Secondly, those who dedicate themselves only to their work deprive themselves from of finding their favorite hobbies, so they cannot strike a balance between their work life and their personal life. Finally, working long hours leaves no time for exercising which is of paramount significance for a person's health. In addition to being fit and gaining physical health, it helps people to put their minds at ease and release their stress. In conclusion, although with the aid of working overtime people can improve their financial situation, I do believe that it would negatively impact their well-being.

The average British child, between the age of 4 and 15, watches more than 20 hours of television a week. Studies show she/he only spends aboutv7 hours per week on physical exercise. How does this compare with the situation in your country? How can parents make sure children get enough exercise? Give reason for your answer Watching television and playing with video game areis very/extremely amazing especially for adolescents’ more than physical activities. It has bad effects especially for their health. I do not have not the exact figures regarding to compare comparing the time that children assign for watching T.V or physical activities in my hometown but it Iranian children have to cope with that problem as the same as Britain British children. Nowadays, lifestyles have changed by media and watching T.V is one of the most popular entertainments for children and they have gravity toward watching cartoons and following their heroes in on television for instances Batman and Ben10 for boys or Anastasia for girls. It seems they were are fascinated by T.V and they like to consume most of their time in watching T.V. Furthermore, in many of families both of the parents are engaged with full time works and they have not enough time to assign for physical activities of their children. They presumed that children in their schools or kindergartens have sufficient physical activities, though, that time was not enough for them. In addition most of the families live in apartments and the children don’t do not have a large area for playing with their siblings. The Common side effects of the less activities activity include children’s overweight and health problems for them. It is necessary for parents to assign more time for children’s physical activities and confine the time that they watching T.V. In my opinion, sending kids to sports clubs, playing in playgrounds are the easiest solutions for increase increasing their physical activities of children. Moreover, parents can using use new devices in video game consoles as likesuch as cameras for PlayStation or Kinect for Xbox that cause physical activities in home. This These new devices are as popular as watching T.V for adolescents and increase their activities.

Mona Doorsian Some people believe that it is good to share as much information as possible in scientific research, business and the academic world. Others believe that some information is too valuable to be shared freely. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. According to some people’s points of view all of the scientific research and papers should be shared at in the academic world in free, but the others think that people should only have access to worthy vital data. I believe that much more information can be caused more success. Some people claim that if they access to all research based information, they can be more successful. For example, you imagine a student who wants to work on her research project at school on human health and nutrition; she needs to read some observational, clinical, evidence based and even cohort studies to do her research project. So, if she accesses to all kinds of those papers and data then she can improve herself and maybe approach to new information. Therefore, in that way all of the students can benefit from each other’s findings without any restrictions. However, some other people mentioned that just some data which is really worth it should be shared freely. They think that some unnecessary information can confuse readers or researchers and mislead them in their way. For instance, when post graduate students try to work on their thesis project they only require significant and fundamental data. Thus, they can find their necessary papers quickly. Importantly, it can be useful for the target groups because most of them are students and try to save their money due to lack of enough budget. Thus, they can access to important information quickly and freely. In summary, on the basis of the points mentioned above, it would seem that both views have reasonable aspects and the outcomes will depend on a number of factors. I tend to consider that all of the papers and data should be freely accessible to all readers in order to improve themselves.
