Some people say that the Internet will soon become the preferred method of delivery of the news and
information, causing the newspapers and magazines to gradually disappear. Do you agree or
disagree? Give your opinion and include examples from your knowledge or experience.
Many a member of society holds the idea that the traditional methods of delivering news such as
magazines or newspapers will soon disappear making online versions more and more popular. Though
I myself prefer the paper type of newspapers, I believe the number of online readers is increasing
rendering the traditional newspapers and magazines obsolete. This short essay elaborates on this
subject with a few examples, making this hot debate clearer.
Thanks to the new advances in science and technology, today an overwhelming majority of individuals
across the globe have access to the World Wide Web, thereby decreasing demands for printed
versions such as books, magazines, flyers or newspapers. No longer, do we need to go out to buy a
newspaper. We can easily subscribe to an online newspaper, and read it at home or office from on our
electronic device. In addition to this, as electronic newspapers can be updated instantly, people prefer
the digital ones, hence the lower number of fans of printed press.
On the other hand, it is important to note that still many people even in developed countries do not
have access to the Internet or they may not have a suitable electronic device to connect to
cyberspace, . therefore, a limited number of printed versions of newspapers or magazines will be
needed. What is more, many computer-illiterate people from all walks of life may not have enough
computer skills to benefit from the Internet or prefer to touch what they read, saving the printed
press from oblivion. May not be computer-savvy
To cut a long story short, I must confess that though hard to accept the bitter truth about printing
industry products such as books, newspapers, and magazines is that sooner or later the traditional
methods of conveying information will become extremely limited, and the new solutions/alternatives
will be replaced. Regrettably, the new means of delivering news has have dramatically decreased the
number of otherwise printed versions.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
The government should spend more money on improving access to the Internet
than on public transportation.
Modern societies, nowadays, face enormous desires necessitating the governments to allot
specific budgets to them. Due to the limited funds possessing in possession of the
governments, it is crucial to determine the vitality of each area and the amount of money
allocating to various activities. In this regard, there is no consensus as to whether the public
transportation or internet access is more essential. Although some believe the public vehicles
are more important because of the traffic jams especially in the metropolitan cities, I see the
internet accessibility more crucial. Among countless reasons which can support my idea, in the
following paragraphs, I will delve into the most conspicuous ones.
First and foremost, in this age and era, the utilization of the internet not only in our daily life,
but also in business and marketing has increased far more than before. You can see new apps
and online businesses starting up every single day paving the way for more economical boom
and providing the platform to attract more consumers by online advertising. Furthermore, the
majority of people are eager to shop online rather than in person; it is more convenient and
time-saving. The increase of online businesses is conducive to less demand for public
transportation, because most of the people turn to online shopping.
The far-reaching usage of the internet is not limited to shopping, but also the variety of daily
activities are dependent on internet connections. The day begins with notifications and you
check your E-mails or WhatsApp messages before you wake up. The internet is ubiquitous in
our life and we are exploiting it every moment even for negligible and subtle activities such as
checking the weather, finding our way via GPS, downloading the new podcast or dating with
our friends. It has made our life so much easier, now you can handle the problems with just one
click. As a result, the tremendous role of the internet in the current century is undeniable.
To sum up, the present age is in conjunction with the technology and speed and people can
efficiently access to the internet if the governments allocate more money to improve improving
it. The internet is the indisputable part in our life and is a decisive factor in growth of societies.

these days more fathers stay at home
and take care of their children while
mothers go out to work. what could be
the reason for this? is it a positive or
negative development?
Increasing in rates, working mothers are playing
new roles in families nowadays. With fathers
becoming more eager to look after their children at
home, mothers are now, due to many reasons, the
ones working long hours outside, and I am of the
view that this is undoubtedly a positive change in
modern societies.
One of the main reasons why this phenomenon has
occurred in families is that the elimination of
women’s underrepresentation in society has
provided them with more educational and job
opportunities. Therefore, the stereotypes that
defined mothers somedays no longer fit the
present-day society.Once poor mothers, who were merely supporting
their husbands through performing menial tasks of
life, are now more educated and subsequently
more qualified to attain prominent positions. Being
offered well-paid jobs, women find no reason to
resist their desire to pursue a successful career,
especially when their husbands are immensely
supportive, bearing the majority of responsibilities
at home. In other words, with less education and
employment discriminations against women, they
tend to afford pay for their families’ expenses in the
same way as men used to. Therefore, the financial
security brought about by women’s new conditions
could be regarded as a persuasive reason for men
adopting such new roles.
Moreover, although fathers may have a hard job
looking after their children, I believe that a better
society will be built by women being involved in
activities other than house chores or children's
upbringing. In other words, supporting them as the
new breadwinners, not only we grant them more
life satisfaction and higher levels of self-esteem, butalso encourage gender quality, balance, and
freedom in our society.
In conclusion, the bias against stay-at-home fathers
and working mothers is no longer a problem/an
issue in many modern families owing to women
having better chances of education and pursuing
anything they aspire to, a development that
gradually leads to a more just society.

College freshman freshmen do not know much about college life and
study. There are two ways to help freshman get into college life quickly.
Choose a method which you feel is better and explain why.
1. The school holds a week of experience or orientation program, which
can be felt in advance
2. Exchange experience and get information from senior schoolmates of
this major
It is absolutely undeniable that college has a significant role on in
children's life. That has been questioned, whether an orientation
program is beneficial for freshman or getting information from seniors
which has always been a much debated argument. Despite the
arguments asserting that offering a week orientation plan is more useful
for pupils, I believe otherwise on the grounds that exchanging
experience from seniors will be more practical in terms of saving time
and meeting new people.
First and more obvious, the crux of the matter lies in fact that, preparing
orientation is time-consuming. In simple terms, students who are
freshman freshmen do not have a lot of time and by holding a week
experience they waste plenty of time. The best example, a person who
is a freshman in abroad should spend a lot of time for being familiar with
the town and knows knowing public transportation which reaches to the
college. Therefore, it goes without saying that offering an orientation
program wastes plenty of pupils' time whereby thereby preventing them
from undertaking essential tasks.
Another merit of this argument is best reflected in the fact that getting
data from seniors is conducive to meeting new people. To put it into
apposite words, fundamentally by exchanging experience from other
people, freshman can making make new friends which will be more
practical for their social life. As anin the example which
abovementioned, that person needs to get in touch with new people
from that town which culminates in feeling homesick rarely. Hence, as is
clear, asking new data and gaining diverse experiences from seniors
are more productive for freshmanfreshmen, thereby finding novel
friends.
To cut a long story short, although some people believe that holding an
orientation has more benefits for pupils, I strongly believe that this mindset is nothing but a tunnel-vision that ignores the importance of wasting
students' time and prevents students of from getting in touch with newpeople whowhich are notable notably inseparable parts of each
person's life.

<p align="left" dir="ltr">
Nowadays, many movies or films are based on books. Some people prefer to read the original book
before they watch the movie, others prefer to watch the movie before reading the book. Which one
do you prefer?
In the past few decades, the number of movies that are released annually has risen significantly. And
a good screenplay and an entertaining story are very important to the success of any movie. Since the
release of the first book-based movies, movie-viewers could have not been able to reach an
agreement on whether to read the book first or start reading it after watching the movie. From my
vantage point, we should see the movie first. In the following paragraphs I will elaborate on my
perspective.
The first and the most important reason is that we get familiar with the environment of the anecdote.
When we see the movie first, we can get a vision of many things aspects/issues related to that
timeline and area. The clothes, the buildings, the way people traveled and many more. Take Game of
thrones for example. The events of this myth took place thousands of years ago and the way that
people lived was so different from the way we live today. So watching the series before reading the
actual books can give us a perspective on how they were dressed, their attitude toward women,
different swords, cups, coins and etc. As you can see, viewing the movie first will give us a better
understanding of the theme of the story.
The second reason that comes to mind is that watching the movies takes less time. When you first
start to read a book or see a movie, you don’t know exactly whether you’ll like it or not and while
reading 200 or 300 pages of a novel might take up to 2 even 3 weeks, watching the movie shouldn’t
take more than 2 hours or so. For instance, there are 7 Harry Potter books and the number of pages
ranges between 400 and 500. While reading a Harry Potter book can be very time consuming, viewing
the movie of the book takes nearly 2 hours and after that, the viewer can decide if he/she liked it and
found it entertaining enough to go and read the actual book which gives a lot more details and takes
longer to read. It is obvious that we can save our time by evaluating the movie before reading the
book.
In sum, though some people might support reading the novel first, I personally think that by observing
the movie initially, we can see if we like the idea or not and we can get a better understanding of the
surroundings and the environment of the story which will eventually give us more pleasure while
reading the book.
