It is said that the fast pace of our everyday life, as a direct result of the rapid development of telecommunications technology and travel industry has negative effects on individuals, nations, and the globe. To what extent do you agree or disagree? In this day and age due to the hectic pace of life, rarely do people find time to have physical activities or travel to see other cultures or just relax far from the sedentary lifestyle most of us are used to. Though attractive the technological achievements may seem at first, these developments specifically in telecommunications and travel industry backfire if we fail to manage them. This short essay elaborates on this hot debate, mainly focusing on the impacts of technological advances of travel and telecommunications industry. Thanks to the recent telecommunications solutions, nowadays even ordinary members of society are able to enjoy the fruits of telecommunications advances such as smartphones, different social media, and most notably the Internet. Though such solutions have made our life easier and more often than not more enjoyable, the drawbacks of them such as isolation from real life should not be overlooked. Many a person suffers from different kinds of mental disorders only because of overuse of the internet and being drowned in/soaked into the virtual world. Getting used to sedentary lifestyle is another demerit of telecommunications advances which help us not to leave home for a wide range of activities that as late as 20 years ago we used to leave our home to do them. Over the last half century, the travel industry has changed in a way that people from different social strata can travel to tourist resorts with affordably attractive offers, but the question is what percentage of those affording to pay for such tempting travels spend their leisure time traveling? An overwhelming majority of individuals do not have time to spend what they earned. They are just working and making money and regrettably under the pressure of heavy duties often cannot travel. A case in point is my manager who is a workaholic spending most his time at the office, and does not have time to see his close friends, let alone his parents living in Karaj, a city near Tehran where his office is located. To cut a long story short, I can say that although our developments in telecommunications and travel industry may seem like a real achievement at first, the respective disadvantages of them cannot be overlooked. We have to benefit from them in a wiser way which then we can consider them a true achievement.

It is possible thanks to the internet to communicate with so many native speakers in order to improve your speaking skill. In addition, the internet has broken bring down the borders of countries and has made it easier for people to communicate to with each other in spite of physical distances. Although the various materials of social media can deflect us from our goal, which we are searching for, they make it possible to connect to others, to make new relationships and to be in touch with your families or friends who live in other countries. As for governments it necessitates immediate actions to control their expenditures on costly areas, there has been much discussion revolving around whether cost decreasing should be in arts, scientific research or parks and public garden, which in this case I believe that it should be arts because not all the people can afford being involved in artistic activities, the budget can be allocated for research teams to overcome the crisis sooner and parks are more popular and cheaper locations for entertainingentertainment. First of all, in a country where a considerable number of its citizens are dealing with financial issues as a result of an economic crisis, it is not reasonable to spend too much large a budget on artistic areas. Usually, the costs for preserving museums or building art galleries are enormous and even by having such facilities, still many people cannot afford to pay for tickets. It is clear that the governmental expenditures should be financially justified, where they make sure that it is a money making business which can provide more wealth for the sake of society. When these places are visited by only the upper class of society, how such venues are going to make money and generate financial profit for the government? As a result, the less budget is allocated for these kinds of activities, the more substantial funding goes to health-related issues. Moreover, science in many ways has helped humans overcome their obstacles, whether it they areis medical, technological or in this case an economic crisis. Consider the pandemic of corona virus that where the world is facing one of its deepest economic challenges in of all the time. Faced with high rates of unemployment, many countries have increased their budget in scientific research in order to find a vaccine. Besides, in times of crisis, economic experts can carry out studies as to what instant measures need to be taken, such as what governments can do in cases of unemployment, budget deficit and widespread corruption. As a consequence, the more a society increases research budgets, the better it can survive through hardships. Finally, not only it isis it necessary for societies to take practical measures to prevent an economic disaster, people’s mental status is also of great importance. Depression, anger and learned helplessness are common symptoms that may arise during an economic crises. Parks and public gardens are one of the most convenient locations that can entertain a vast majority of people. Being in nature has a healing effect on people’s psyche. Besides, without paying any extra money, people can play outdoor games or communicate togetherwith one another. Therefore, not only do many individuals benefit from such a cheerful atmosphere, it also is more economical for governments to prepare these facilities rather than promoting art-related activities.To sum up, among all the options, I think that it is necessary to reduce government’s spending in art, because in this way societies can dedicate more money to dealing with health problems, reach to economic stability faster and manage their expenditures.

Such views on the grounds that they have spend more time with students and it is not fair they are assessed by other teachers. First and foremost, the crux of the matter lies in the fact teachers spend most of their time with pupils and in classes. Strictly speaking, students have the better understanding of the quality of teachers' work and positive and negative points of their behavior as a teacher. The best example, teachers who use old material to teach instead of up-to-date one; thus students will not be satisfied with this issue. Therefore, it goes without saying that, students are more able to assess teachers' abilities and weaknesses than anyone else. Another striking point is that it is not just teachers be assessed by other teachers. To put it in apposite words, fundamentally, they are not familiar with each other's teaching methods, so it is not fair if they are evaluated by themselves. As a case in point, some teachers prefer to teach math with play which will be conducive to learning better. On the other hand, others deemed it can backfire. Admittedly, it might be argued if teachers are evaluated by other teachers, it will be practical. The proponents of this argument hold that teachers are mature enough to distinguish between right and wrong and also they do not get emotional decisions because if pupils are attracted to their teachers, they cannot comment precisely. However, this attitude is nothing but a tunnel-vision that fails to consider the fact that a few students can be interested in a teacher simultaneously. To cut a long story short, although some people maintain that assessing teachers' efficiency will be more beneficial, if evaluated by other teachers, I strongly believe students have more profits in terms of being fair. Besides, teachers spend more time with pupils in classes, so students are realized aware of their teacher's strengths and weaknesses.

As a result of the above mentioned neglect, the countryside are is not suitable and attractive place for living of people especially for the young people who are looking for better life. Because they do not have not enough facilities for learning or starting business in comparison with the people who arethose living in big cities, as a result, they will immigrate to cities. Genocides crime and poverty are the direct results of this exodus.
