Thanks to the advances of science and technology in medical science during the past centuries, people nowadays are living longer and healthier. Fatal illnesses such as plague, malaria, and smallpox which were taking their toll earlier, are not only today are these diseases curable today, but preventable. Though, a wide range of more complex diseases have arisen, humans’ average life span has noticeably increased. When it comes to this notion I maintain that this field along with the other branches of science has taken a giant step forward in relief of people’s pains. The 19th and 20th centuries were arguably the golden years of finding solutions to our unsolvable problems. We have explored the space with our sophisticated machines, invented telecommunications equipment to communicate with others regardless of their distance, and more importantly many a medical treatment has been introduced, and saved lives during this historically important epoch. Despite the fact that an overwhelming majority of members of society in this day and age are suffering from a variety of both mental and physical disorders resulted resulting from sedentary lifestyle, recent advances in the pharmaceutical field and medicine have successfully saved a majority of people’s lives who were expected to die. Living with chronically painful injuries because of invasive cruel treatmentstests, many an innocent animal experiences inhumane tests in medical laboratory to be sacrificed in the hope of finding a new finding to help humans live longer with less pain. It is noteworthy many scientists are also working day and night to discover reliable solutions for biological threats which are undoubtedly a byproduct of advances of medical science. Even imagining of the misusage/abuse of these advances by a group can destroy the life and the whole civilization on the old mother Mother natureNature. The new advances in science and technology, and more importantly the new discoveries during the last two centuries have certainly paved the way for a better life if the side effects such as biological threats and newly created viruses can be managed by authorities.

Using computers every day can have more negative than positive effects on young children, do you agree or disagree? With the advent of computers, it is generally used by all age groups. Especially children are the most affected by them. Although it has some drawbacks, the benefits are undeniable. Therefore, moderate use of computers under parents’ supervision can assist children in improve improving their skills and being well-prepared for future challenges. Computers have their downsides. They make children not only anti-social but also unhealthy. Addicted to long hours, daily usage of computer, children will have health problems such as poor eye-sight and obesity, (which are) caused by excessive screen time and being inactive/inactivity in outdoor activities. If children spent spend too much time using the internet and less time acquiring skills necessary for social interaction they can find it difficult to communicate appropriately. They will have less time to spend with their friends and family.. Whilst I am prepared to admit there might be some drawbacks, the advantages are legion. Children who used the computer daily are exposed to a wide Range of information that can help them academically and professionally. Students are required to be proficient in computer skills to compete in today’s global job market. Most companies, require computer-literate employees, and spend thousands of dollars training their staff, so when they are filling vacancies they employ those who are already computer-skilled. Students are expected to attain some competency levels of computer-related skills at university. However, the computer skill acquisition at in university education is much depends dependent on the existing skills that the students learned throughout years of pre-university. It is nearly impossible to for students to be enough qualified in their tertiary education and subsequently the workplace without considering their computer skills background. To sum up, using the internet on a daily basis has both pros and cons, by which young people will be affected. Therefore, parents need to have rules to limit children as to which sites to visit and how long to spend online.

The taxes introduced by the government present the opportunity to allocate resources to achieve achieving its goals and invest more in social and economic infrastructure. Form health care to education, from common resources such as police and firefighters to public places such as parks and recreations, numerous non-profit institutes and organizations exist which are highly relied rely on tax revenues posed. With infinite demands and a finite budget, the government stands little chance to survive this inclement economic climate. Moreover, taxation may be the first step towards bridging the gaps between the rich and the poor. In a community which where either capitalism or command economy is implemented, inflation, recession or abject poverty are highly possible, taking their toll on mainly on the impoverished people who are in high need for government support, and taxes seem to be the feasible leverage to fairly distribute the wealth among all residents. However although introducing taxes may seem necessary and no one is on the opposite side of this argument, questions remain on the approaches and measures to collect and the proportions which people should allot. One might consider increasing tax rates and enforcing all to pay a way to reestablish a healthy economy with years of unintrupting uninterrupted growth. The idea looks viable as well as straightforward as it is. ; Collecting more money from the rich and giving more to the poor, from big corporations to small businesses. However, there seem to be obstacles. First, whether direct or indirect, the more difficult a tax is to avoid, the more unpopular it is with the rich and powerful. Hiring clever and prosperous lawyers or accountants and/or transferring their money to offshore havens, large companies and wealthy individuals almost always find a way to bend the rules and avoid taxes. Undeclared earnings and other tax evasion practices tend to shift the burden to the less fortunate ones, who were perhaps meant to be supported in the first place. In conclusion, although introducing and implementing an effective taxation system is undeniable, approaches and methods may need to be reconsidered.

Another practical way might be that they should not be alone and attempt to make a suitable communication with other people to alleviate their feeling homesick. To sum up, from my point of view, people, before going abroad, should be prepared to encounter a lot of difficulties and also in terms of mental situations must be ready to tackle these problems.

Moreover, these people insist on marked shifts due to lack of knowledge or maybe because they are afraid of new technology to use it, so they are often willing to keep their safe space/security by refusing any types of alternations, even though by considering the noticeable pace of development through the modern century it is inevitable. Obviously, they will encounter changes among the familiar jobs or in their stable conditions gradually. However, some people especially the young generation usually embrace new alternatives to achieve more as well as finding new opportunities. They assume that by knowing recent inventions and ideas they will be stimulated to pursue their goals while they are saving their time and promote promoting their life’s quality, although sometimes they unconsciously are undergone changes to make profits for powerful and wealthy people who encourage people to accept new patterns of working, behaving or communicating like increased overuse of virtual communities and networks that regardless of their advantages have caused considerable social issues. In conclusion, adapting to change could be enegizing and have positive influences in society, so the benefits could outweigh the disadvantages and also be energizing besides its positive influences in society, if it was not imposed on people and emerged as a result of necessities.
