Some people think that the public health of a country can be improved if the government make laws regarding nutritious food but others think that it is the matter of personal choice and personal responsibility. Discuss both views and give your opinion. Public health of a country is one of the significant factors of a prosperous country. In order to reach that aim, some people believe that rules concerning nutritious food should be imposed by authorities; on the contrary, some others opine that consumption of healthy food is a personal matter. I agree with the both views to some extent. First and foremost, governments crucially play a role to ensure well-being of theirs individuals; therefore, they should support and motivate ones to peruse a healthy lifestyle. By imposing taxes on poor nutrition food such as fast food, people have a less tendency to consume this kind of junk food. As a result, the rate of poor-nutritious-food diseases might be fallen by the authorities’ initiatives. In addition, governments are responsible for observing and controlling of food’ quality among food markets; thus, there are duties for a government to establish laws regarding the distribution, food storage and consumer rights. Authorities completely have the right to create laws for the sake of ones’ health; however, the obedience of these rules depends on individuals’ choice at last. On the other hand, following a healthy lifestyle in a community should be appreciated by its own people. There are some ones do not peruse pursue a healthy lifestyle, and they autonomously choose the way they like to live. They have the right but it is not moral to leave them in this way, governments and communities should motive and aware them to have a better lifestyle with creating rules, broadcasting health related tv programs, etc. in order to hope some of them may change the way they live. To conclude, I think it is a proper way that governments tend to improve public health with making laws related to nutritious food , although people might not obey the rules. In fact , they should motivate disobedient ones to have a healthy lifestyle.

Some people believe it is important to give gifts and presents to friends and family to show that we care about them. Others think that there are better ways to show affection to them. Discuss both the views and give your own opinion. For a long time, gift giving has been a sign for expression of people’s feeling and nowadays people still spend their money for it. However, some believe that we can use inexpensive ways for showing our love and thanks. This essay briefly explains both of views and tries to reach a general conclusion. There are many people who prefer to show their intimacy by giving gifts to others and they argue that giving a gift represents generosity and attention of givers. They maintain when we spend our time and money for finding and buying a presents it means that the receivers/recipients are so important for us and they deserve love and kindness. Moreover, a gift is a tangible object that can be seen and touched for many and for many years, it would be a reminder of an unforgettable day, each time we look at it. On the other hand, it seems that there are some other ways for to manifest our feeling about others rather than giving a physical gift, albeit with more skill in social interaction roles. We can show our devotion by listening to people, anticipate their needs, making time or even the hug and touch. Sometimes spending an hour with a friends and being a shoulder to cry on is much more effective than a present. In addition, these days giving a gift turns to an easy task which everyone can do it just by with access to the internet. Also, as well as some enormous major companies abuse of our tendency to give a present to sell more and more. In conclusion, although it appears that we can manage our relations with others through some social skills, I personally believe that no matter how much master we are master in social interactions, we still require a mixture of a gift in an attractive wrapping and a hug.

Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however, think that change is always a good thing. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience. While many tend to experience new challenges in life, others certainly prefer to have a relaxed lifestyle without new experiences. Undoubtedly each of the mentioned viewpoints has its own intrinsic advantages and disadvantages which will be the subject of this short essay. It goes without saying that our perspective to life plays a significant role in our decisions. It is in fact the correct decisions that pave the way to the impressive achievements in life. Concentration on a specific goal, for sure is one of the proven strategies to achieve success. Wasting time and energy, many a person does the same deed every day without any remarkable achievement. Repetition of the same tasks each day seem attractive to most aimless individuals preferring to live in a safe margin, hardly taking a risk. Only when people perform the same task and try to improve their competency in that specific duty, can a society expect to improve standards of living. Far from the abovementioned approach there is a completely different overlook outlook on life the followers of which change their positions every now and then. This group of people argue that remaining in a particular lifestyle prevents revealing our hidden gifts. It means that by experiencing new activities individuals can find out more about their talents, and broaden their mindset. Despite the merits of such an attractive approach the demerits of it can be an unconscious escape of from difficulties in life. That solving problems leads to personal growth is an undeniable fact. By way of conclusion, I must say that today’s life demands for professionals involving in a special field. Beyond doubt, those who are looking for change for long periods of time hardly meet recent standard requirements to make a living. Hardly a day passes without a new service for the ever-growing demands of the modern humans. Therefore, I believe change is not a good option after a certain period of time. I maintain people have to stick to a certain activity in their life.

Nowadays food travels thousands of miles before reaching consumers. It affects the agriculture and economy of the destination country, and for this reason people should prefer food produced by local farmers. Do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answers and include examples from your experience. Due to the high pace of technological advancement, we are living in a hightech era. To elaborate, facilitating transportation of foods, we are able to consume products from all over the world. Some researchers assume that people had better use regional food products rather than the ones which are transported from remote places. Some others, however, assert vice versa. I, personally, maintain that having locally produced items is of greater benefit. First and foremost, that the process of cooking local dishes causes less carbon footprint is an undeniable fact. It means that, they do not need to( add any additives to prolonged the longevity of the material or )use plastic bags for packaging them. In addition, not only are they significantly more nutritious, but also in some cases they include some ingredients with pharmaceutical therapeutic properties. Further more, by sending food products to a distant venue, we, in fact, transform an otherwise nourishing meal to a less healthy one. On the other hand, opponents opine that transporting tasty produces to from remote places, individuals become capable of eating numerous eatable products which are fail impossible to grow in their environment, hence the geographical situation. What is more, the researchers in the food science have proved that the adverse effects of sending the agricultural products to different places have reduced to a minimum level recently. By way of conclusion, I once again reaffirm my position regarding profits of having local foods, and I think we should focus on providing a situation which makes us able to plant the scarce produces in our own place.

Book 13, Exam 2 Many working people get a little or no exercise either during working day or in their free time and have health problem as a result. Why do many working people not get enough exercise? What can be done about this problem? Nowadays due to people’s carbon lifestyle, people especially clerks don’t get the enough exercise as their body require. The majority of working people put themselves in risk of chronic diseases by low level of physical activities. In this essay, I am going to consider the main important causes and the ways we can address this issue. The main significant parameter is lack of time which don’t let this certain group of people either to go to a gym or work out in their own. Indeed, the majority of their time is allocated to their career as even they usually work overtime to show their perseverance and qualifications due to their greed to gain a higher position in their company. It is crystal clear that sitting all day basically causes gradual health hazards. Another remarkable factor is people’s desire to avoiding discomfort. When you talk to people in this regard, lots of them claim that they don’t like to get exhausted or get out of breath or even have their hair missed up after vigorous-intensity activities. There are some solutions to solve this issue, the first substantial measure that government can adopt is to hold different workshops in order to increase worker’s knowledge towards exercising and risks of sedentary life. Besides, government can define a compensation such as a tax rebates for employer who provide a free work out facilities for their member of staff during scheduled time shifts. Last but not the least, people should determine inner self motivation for themselves to get involved inwith sports in long term, because the strongest incentive for exercise attribute to people’s mindset and attitudes. To put it in a nutshell, there is more to life than just working and making money. Therefore, working people should learn time management skills to be able to devout adequate time for every important dimension of their life, for instance their family or their health. Exercising not only help physical health like strengthening the immune system and mussels but also has an incredible effect on mental health which cause improving people’s life quality and it is worth to spend time, energy and money for that.

Tourism is emerging as a significant source of revenue for many countries but its disadvantages can not be overlooked. How far do you agree with this statement? Nowadays people more intend to travel and visit new countries than before. It would be under the influence of publicity or psychological theories. Travelling and sightseeing have its own specific proportion in many people annual income. So the tourism industry is flourishing and bocoming becoming one of the most lucrative resources of any country. It is obvious that the development of tourism has so many benefits, such as more income from tourists, creation of more new jobs for local people and exposure of culture, although the drawbacks of this development cannot be ignored. We should identify the disadvantages in order to solving them and make the most efficient use of this valuable source. In my opinion, the first, most significant disadvantage of this issue is that toursit activities can threaten the traditional culture of a country. For example local people tend to imitate the dressing style or food taste of tourists who come to their country. Likewise in the other habist habits or manners in life. Over time the general form of people’s life is changed and there is no sign of native soul. Secondly, tourism can affect the environment badly. For instance, accumulation of wastes in touristic places or unconstrained construction for tourist accommodation or entertainment in natural resources. It is an irrefutable fact that such damages are not compensable. Finally, despite the disadvantages mentioned above , I believe that the benefits of capital attractionabsorbing investment through tourism outweight its drawbacks. So it is worth both the government and people make effort to deal with problems and extend develop tourism in the country.

With increasing car ownership, the amounts of traffic in many cities cause major problems. Extending and promoting public transport services, such as buses and trains, would provide the BEST solution for these problems. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Nowadays car extension causes major problems in all over the world such as traffic, air and sound pollution. In my opinion, while we have not suitable infrastructure in public transport, we cannot stop increasing car ownership. With regards to individuals, the problem of public transport has had clear disadvantages. Firstly, they are more crowded in the peak time that cause people wait for suitable bus or train that they can find a seat. Secondly, there is no privacy in public transport; there is noisier situation than one’s own car because of people not regarding others’ rights. Someone speaks to his cell phone loudly, some other watch your screen and etc. On the other hand, the effects that public transport has have on society and community can be seen as positive. With the best transport infrastructure, government can put a higher tax on cars or create more traffic zones in city centers. These limitations decrease traffic and provide more facilities in transportation. People can reach their distance faster and easier than own cars. The pollution decrease and the air become more clearly. Extensive and efficient transport services can concern people to use these systems against of self-cars. Also they could economize on fuel and other urban resource. To conclude, although car ownership have some efficient for individuals, it has not the same effect on society and the city. Local governments should do more to try and improve the public transport in order to promote people for use of them.

Some businesses now say that no one can smoke cigarettes in any of their offices. Some governments have banned smoking in all public places. This is a good idea but it takes away some of our freedom. Do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer. “Smoking Kills”! We have all heard this slogan or have seen it thousands of times in media, on cigarette boxes or any other place, but how much do people act based on that? In some developed countries governments have set rules recently against fume; no more smoking in public places. Even the private sector is taking action. This is to guarantee the right to health for everyone in society, but is it limiting freedom of others? The ones whom have chosen to kill themselves slowly by smoking? It is widely accepted by me because I hate the smell but it does not change anything for someone who likes it. Some people say it depends on the body; the lack of Nicotine can make some anxious and neurotic. However, there is increasing scientific evidence that the impacts will not only affect smokers; all whom breathe in the fume is are at risk for of different kinds of diseases, whether they do smoke themselves or not. It means that it is not something that the person suffers from only by one’s self. This argument has been put forward by many experts, most notably by human rights activists. The ones who are the fans of the first generation are mostly for the freedom of every individual. They say every person has the right to choose even for their own death. They stand for the maximum of freedoms in any criteria, but there are two other generations in human rights also. The activists of the second generation, they do believe more in social rights, in which there is a right to health. Based on this right, they argue if they do not smoke, they should also feel secure safe about not getting affected by the smoke produced by others. The third generation fans also are protesting about the impacts of smoking on the environment and they do consider even the animals and also the planet earth. There are always collisions between the rights and in such cases there is always the same answer: freedoms must be in their maximum state unless they limit the freedom of others! On the whole, I agree with banning the smokers fromto lighting their cigarettes anywhere they like but it does not change anything about the dirty policy of producing such products, advertising them in on an extensive scale and to sellselling them to developing countries only because of the amount of money they bring back! If they are harmful for the people of a country, they are also damaging for others.

Strict Punishments for Driving http://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/367-fridays-writing-workshop-1397/writing-workshop-friday-97-09-23/2584-strict-punishments-for-driving http://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/367-fridays-writing-workshop-1397/writing-workshop-friday-97-09-23/2584-strict-punishments-for-driving

جهت مشاهده Writing تصحیح شده فایل PDF را دانلود نمایید.

Some People think that strict punishments for driving offences are the key to reducing traffic accidents. Others, however, believe that other measures would be more effective in improving road safety. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. In regard to effectiveness of various strategies for decreasing traffic violations, views may differ. While some find rigid penalties the only suitable approach, others argue that alternative methods can be as helpful. I, however, think that a combination of two can be a better solution in order to have safer roads. On one hand, severe punishments including heavy monetary fines, disqualification from driving and even imprisonment in some cases would work as an effective deterrent for many people, making them pay the due attention to their driving. In the meantime, it would teach them the lesson that there will be consequences for their recklessness. I honestly don’t think most drivers are aware of the huge impact that one second of distraction can have on theirs their and others’ life. On the other hand, besides strict a penalty system/regime that is currently being carried out, there are many simple yet promoting measures that can be done taken to help prevent accidents and as the a result the road safety would significantly improve. Educational posters, for instance, can play a major part in increasing awareness of the drivers at a low cost. They may seem to have little or no effect at the time, but will somehow make a way through audiences’ subconscious eventually. Poor visibility and inappropriate road designs also make quite a contribution to a large number of accidents happening especially at nights. Having more roundabouts, speed bumps and road signs at the right places along with smart lighting on the roads can lift the safety rate. To conclude, it is worth mentioning that although there might be numerous approaches to maintaining and developing road traffic safety, the most valuable factor in this can be drivers and even pedestrians’ awareness and cooperation.
