Many working people get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time, and have health problems as a result. Why do many working people not get enough exercise? What can be done about this problem? Nowadays, while working, employees do not have sufficient physical activities, and also they are remiss in doing so in their spare time, hence their medical issues. They are not permitted to have workout at work or not highly motivated to do it in leisure time. These issues, however, can be ruled out by introducing compelling motivations by companies or being a self-motivated person. Unfortunately, with the rise in the number of those who work in offices, being inactive at work has been cited as the one of the main culprits of today’s health issues among workers. Due to their work style, barely do they have any movement who are sitting a chair, so their health level gradually declines, thereby being intensely prone to contracting some decises. In this situation, companies in order for their workforce to be healthier can adopt some measures, which benefit both employees and employers, to tackle this critically dangerous condition. For example, organizations can allocate a specific budget to encourage the workers to do workout. They can pay the cost of exercising at the gym to them and thereafter the managers should be ascertained that employees spend it for doing sports. Another way is that companies can provide their personnel with exercising equipment and places at the workplace, and subsequently persuade them to use them to keep themselves healthy. Neglecting to have physical activity in free time is another factor which has been quoted as the people’s medical problems. Since these issues related to being sedentary do not happen immediately, people may realize that they are facing an unhealthy situation when it is too late. When the problems begin to appear they may say to themselves, “had I done daily exercise, I would have never experienced this worryingly critical health-situation. Although it is a seemingly hard condition, it is not an insurmountable one. People should not deny themselves doing regular workout, and by getting their priorities right and assigning a high priority to exercise, overcoming it is attainable. Consequently, whilst being common among the labour force because of their inactivity at and after work, health issues can be tackled by putting adequate effortsto have exercise. Therefore, no longer does the workforce have to suffer from those problems associated with lack of physical training.

Some experts believe that it is better for children to begin learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school. Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages? Nowadays a huge number of individuals have become bilingual some of whom assume that learning a second language during adulthood is an arduous task. That is why, some researchers assert that the authorities had better include a foreign language in the primary school's curriculum. Some others, however, claim vice versa, and believe that learning a new language at earlier ages may be boring and upper levels of education are significantly more beneficial for it. First and foremost, not only do children have more cognitive ability, but they also have much more free time to learning them. By contrast, over secondary school they should study hard lessons and memorize a bunch of formulas, thereby having less time for language. Further and even more importantly is associated with the idea that some educationalists think that the contents we learn during earlier ages go to deeper layers of our memory, hence their unforgettable nature. In addition, the more subjects students have to study, the more responsibility they have during adulthood that leads to them becoming more prosperous in living. On the other hand, opponents opine that through adding a foreign language to school's curriculum, we in fact transform an otherwise attractive place to a boring one. To elaborate, the process of achieving the ability of talking in a new tongue is tough for them as well as it makes the atmosphere of school tedious, so discourages them from attending. By way of conclusion, from my point of view under-aged generations are capable of acquiring an array of languages, and by providing them with different courses from early years of schooling, we, in fact, save a great amount of their wasted time. In other words, if they do not study the language, they would spend the same time at useless activities.

Written by M.Torabi What are the advantages and disadvantages of Welfare? Today, one of the important services which provided by most of governments to their people is welfare. Welfare is a support for the residents of society and aims to cover essential requirements through the provision of services such as supply of goods, financial payment or even outreach centers with health plans or educational programs. The conclusive goal of welfare is to ensure a certain standard of living for every person in the country. But there are still arguments about its drawbacks. What would be the likely benefit or risk of this plan? And should it be continued? Protecting vulnerable people is always one of the main responsibilities of governments. A person who is unable to work due to illness, a person who lost his job and should pay for his life and many more are examples of people who need to be supported. This support reflects the government’s attention to all strata of society and leads to a more stable and balanced society with less class differences. Another important effect of welfare is the reduction of poverty-related crimes and as a result an increase in social security. Despite the advantages mentioned above, there are some significant issues related to welfare. The first challenge that comes with this matter is the possibility of fraud and abuse. There are cases that the costs did not reach to the real people and as a result the plan was exploited. Another issue that may be cited in opposition to welfare is the spread of laziness. Some people may be accustomed to government assistance and therefore become reluctant to contribute their productive share in society. In addition, the expenditure of welfare imposed on government costs and finally on society. In conclusion, nobody can deny the many benefits of welfare to society. But this viable method can be more efficient with more strict control and more investigate on each case to ensure that these helps reach to those who truly need it and finally promote community development.

 Some people think that parents should teach children how to be good members of society. Others, however, believe that school is the place to learn this.  Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. There is no doubt that one of the critical skills that children need to learn during their rearing period is learning how to be a good member in society. There are people believing that its parents remit to teach their children how to be a descent person in society. Another group of people opine schools are the places that kids need to learn morale and being a descent member. This essay attempts to elaborate the key roles of both parents and school. First, it should be considered that the primary society a child gets to know is home and the very first members of that society are his/her parents regardless of responsibility of parents for nurturing their kids in various areas. Thereby, learning morale and proper behavior starts at home where is the first school. It is claimed by several psychological researches that the first six years of a child are critical since the foundation of their character will be formed. Then, considering above-mentioned theories, it can easily be inferred that parents have a key role in rearing socially acceptable members. For example, children learn respect from their parents since they will practice it by respecting their parents. Second, it is vivid to majority of people that school is where kids will grow and their skills will be fostered over the span of time by learning. Then, being a descent person in society is part of all other skills that a child will attain atschool. It is clearly assumed that school constitute around twelve years of kids’ training, and plays a vital role in their nurturing. As an example, children will get to know how to express their ideas and feelings while respecting diversity of their peers. In conclusion, it is reiterated that both parents and schools play vital roles in nurturing descent members of society. There might be priority in their roles, but with no doubt both play their part.

According to a recent survey, the more time people use the internet, the less time they spend with real human beings. Should we worry about the effect this is having on social interaction or should we see the internet as a way of opening up new communication possibilities worldwide. What are your views? Nowadays Using internet seems to be unavoidable, and all of us with looking around ourselves realize that how rapidly internet has altered the features of communication. In light of social and psychological effect of spending time in internet and consequently spend less time with real human beings, I fully agree with this view that we should worry about using internet. I don’t deny the benefits of using internet, such as fast access to information, finding the answer of every question with just a simple search on internet or lots of practical applications on our cellphones. Furthermore with the help of social network , we expnad the dominant of our relation, we could make friends with a person on the other side of the earth and recognize other cultures and style of life, which is not possible without internet. But in my opinion all of these relations and communications are not real. After turning off your cellphone, you are really/virtually alone. It’s obviously right to say that internet disconnected people who are near each other, because they are so busy with different entertainments on internet or they are in contact with the other people who are far from one another. For instance, in parties or gatherings people are more busy with internet than speaking with each other. Unfortunetly Unfortunately there is no time for exchanging ideas, feelings, facts or impressions, just because of spending time in internet. Finally, regarding all of positive and negative aspects of using internet and it’s effect on communications and relations, I believe that like every new phenomenon or technology, we should learn the culture of using it in our routin life. Although there are more benefits than drawbacks to using internet for finding new way of commuinication, but we should make/strike a balance between real social interaction and internet communication for not missing being with real human.

In developing countries, children in rural communities have less access to education. Some people believe that the problem can be solved by providing more schools and teachers, while others think that the problem can be solved by providing computers and internet access. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. It is true that children who live in rural areas access fewer opportunities to study. Whereas some people argue that the issue can be tackled by providing them with computers and the Internet, it seems that the role of seasoned educators and educational facilities cannot be overlooked. On the one hand, in recent years, IT-related technologies have been developed outstandingly and can be deployed easily to aid pupils’ academic growth in less populated areas. The government in these countries, ordinarily, does not have enough monetary resources to both equip schools and hire more teachers in these places, for it might economically be neither logical nor possible to spend huge sums of money for a few students. However, by installing personal computers with internet access, which require significantly less investment, not only would children be capable of taking online courses, but also they would learn computerrelated skills which would consider mandatory for many jobs of tomorrow. On the other hand, schools and teachers as chief the pillar of every education system have an unreplaceable quality for what is considered children’s academic and social attainment. While attending a class in a traditional setting supervised by teachers and accompanied by peers, a child would be more likely to develop social abilities which help him to become a more efficient member of society. Many core subjects in the school curriculum, moreover, need constant practice and interaction to be assimilated. Linguistics and math, for example, are among those lessons. Short of teachers’ assistance, children errors and problems would not be fixed and their progress, as a result, might suffer in the long run. In conclusion, although using technological advancements in rural places, if devised correctly, can be of great benefit to resident’s children, I am holding on to the view that constructing more schools and hiring more teachers would be more beneficial.

Many developing countries require aid from international organizations to develop. Many people think that this aid should be financial, while others think that practical aid and advice are more useful. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. International community today is gaining more and more power, and to help third world countries is in order more than ever was. However, there is still this argument between powerful countries, whether to help them financially or to teach these countries how to progress in different aspects. According to the sustainable development program, defined by United Nations’ General Assembly, which contains 17 global goals, to help developing countries is a “must”. Paying money to these countries is an option. To financially aid countries who are not able to align themselves with the international standards according to poverty and poor value of currency seems helpful, but there is always the risk of the state becoming dependent on the aids and stop being productive. In addition, the country paying the loans may use them as leverage for political, cultural and economical pressures. Some developing countries prefer to receive practical aid such as teaching and technologies. They believe by learning they can eradicate being a consumer and actually start developing. Developed countries, however, refuse to hand in their technology secrets and also their latest academic achievements. They prefer to take these undercover because of the ability they have within to make a country the first one in the world. To sum up, despite all efforts for peace, it seems that powerful countries have no intention for global equality. If they start sharing their experiences gained through the transition periods, it would be more of an aid to a third world country developing. Not only a financial progress but also deep and fundamental changes in a culture are needed for a country to put the old patterns away aside and expanding its abilities in different criteria which will grow only through open doors facing new ideas and lessons.

Vahid yeganeh Euthanasia, or mercy killing, has been in the news more and more recently. Many people are strongly against such a practice, but there is a growing demand to have it legalized. How far do you agree with euthanasia being made legal? Nowadays, euthanasia has become one of the most controversial issues in the area of ethics and medicine. When there is no medical treatment for sick people and life is nothing for those people except pain and sadness, some argue that mercy killing should be legalized. While some people believe that life is the God's will and human beings have no power to end it, others argue that under special circumstances in which no cure is possible, mercy killing could be a solution. There is a growing trend willing to permit/authorize euthanasia and some countries have passed law about that. When somebody agrees to mercy killing, doctors have the authority to do that and end up the endless pain. In contrary, some believe that doctors are responsible for preserving people's life and are bound by oath and therefore should not be legally able to terminate somebody's life. Moreover, the medicine is not so much developed to meet all medical needs and it is not impossible to be healed without medical reason. In other words, miracle might occur. The most argument in favor of this group is that mercy killing usually happen without the person's permission. To put it simply, they are not able to show their will due to physical situations, thereby ending their life is not ethically correct. In conclusion, I subscribe to the view that no euthanasia should be legalized without the permission of the person. We cannot intervene in the God's will and make a decision for others life.
