International travel sometimes makes people prejudiced rather than broad minded. What may be the reasons for this? What can people do to improve their understanding of the countries they visit? International travel is one of the best ways to broaden one's horizons due to possibility for visiting different places and being familiar with different cultures and lifestyles. On the flipside, tourists are prone to be cold and biased instead of receptive and indulgent. What will be addressed in this essay is are causes as well as the respective solutions of this problem. At the heart of the matter is/lies belief as . As it is more likely to happen that what is regarded as sacred for a nation may not hold a value for a tourists. Arab countries are a particularly good example in this regard when their governments made it compulsory for women to observe rules related to veil. Meanwhile, not realizing the importance of being fully clad, western women might develop an aversion as to why people in these countries should be treated in this way. And visa-versa, connected with a reserved background in their countries, foreigners find it difficult to identify with the western culture, hence, they feel appalled by their dwelling style. Chief among the causes is stereotyping. Playing the main role in preconceiving negative opinions about the host countries, the media portrayal of such places is able to be considered a source of stereotyping. In terms of real information about local people, the less awareness available, the more probability of misjudging such people and their living places. In order to stem the tide of this problem there are solutions which are twofold. Firstly, research prior to the trip can be highlighted. Also, if there are tour guides, it is they are recommended that they to be responsible for of education of tourists about local values and culture to such an extent they venerate their values rather than diminishing their accomplishment or being indifferent toward their traditions. Equally, or even more importantly, awareness is another factor which can be influential to in destroying any stereotyping and in this regard some ways such as home staying should be put importance, so differences between reality and media portrayal can disappear. In reality, this problem is unlikely to be resolved in a short term;, however, it is by no means insurmountable. Focusing on exact reasons of this problem, governments and individuals should take measures to tackle this problem.

Some experts believe that it is better for children to begin learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school. Do the advantages of this outweigh the dis advantaged? Amin Some educational authorities subscribe to the view that learning a foreign language should be postponed until secondary school. A growing number of the educations' community, on the other hand, adheres to the idea that gaining the knowledge of a foreign language is better off starting at primary school. This essay concentrates on why the advantages of early exposure to a foreign language overweigh its disadvantages. The main argument against learning a language early does explicitly point out two objections. Learning a great number of primary basics including mathematics and physics, young children do not have enough time to be taught a foreign language. Educationalists, additionally, hold that there are other areas which seem to be essential to children regarding their future life. The proponents of early exposure, however, absolutely oppose the idea indicating a usage of highly efficient time management in sessions and emphasizing a pivotal role played by a foreign language in children's life. The discussion in favor of the issue is that young children are widely advised to learn a second language because they enjoy a talent they are likely to unaware of let alone their parents. Considering the much more connections within young children's nerve cells, according to a recent verified research, the proeducationalists make effort to harness the capability to teach them a foreign language. Secondly, one group of psychologists in Harvard University recently conducted a study whose conclusions might be welcoming to the proponents. The research has come up with the fact that people who learnt a second language in ages between five to nine are more likely to attain brilliant achievements in their future life. Comparing one group of individuals enjoying early exposure with those who picked up a second language in their adolescence in a span of 30 years, the psychologists even observed a higher degree of understanding in the first group. To sum up, if governments take adequate measures according to which young children begin learning a foreign language, not only will society benefit their command of the language economically and culturally, but also the children, themselves, will be the first beneficiary in terms of their future life. The hope is that Education Ministry adopts the required actions sooner rather than later.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People learn things better from those at their level- such as fellow students or co-workers than from those at a higher level, such as teachers or supervisors. Use specific reason and examples to support your answer. In general in the education-based era we live in, when everyone should learn many things during their life spanlife's span, it is safe for one to assume that the difference between the teachers' and learners' level is a key factor in learning procedure; however from which level the people can learn efficiently has been a rather controversial issue among many in this regard. There is a rather prevalent idea regarding this issue which states that, people can learn better from their own level than others those with higher levels. I personally concur with this idea. The corroboration for this issue will be elaborated in what follows by focusing on two reasons. One imperative reason coming to my mind at first is that, similar level people usually have similar problems and abilities, so people can teach better the others in their levels. For example, in special sports like the soccer, students can learn better from their teachers when their teacherthey have has abilities like the students, because most of the techniques they learn depends on the body power, running speed, and body size , etc., which are is almost similar between the same level people. In addition to the similarity of the ability, the language of the teaching has a profound effect on the quality of teaching. Young people usually use simple structures for languages in speaking and writing with simple words, while the older and educated people use the complicated language structure in speaking and writing, also the social level has an effect on the language structure, for example professors are speak differently from the workers; so similarity of the age and social level have has a profound effect on learning from each other especially in teaching at school. To put in a nutshell, it seems that people learn better from others similar to their level than others, because of the similarity of the ability and problem they face and the structure of the language they are usinged. It proposed that teachers in the classes consider that phenomena and decreases the difference between them and students to have an efficient class.

Vida If you are interested to learn a foreign language, should you begin before a certain age in order to completely mastr it ?some reserches indicstes that young children find it easier than adults ,becasue childhood is is critical peropd for language learning . It's true that barin capacity to learn a new language gradually resuces over our lives .Children can immers in a language ,while aduylts apparently do not .This is not the proof of is a critical period for Language learning. But it's both easier and more importnat for children to quickly become good in a second language . Meanwhile ,there are some reasons to show ,preferably its better we learn a new language as early as possible.Children can spend more time and effort on learning than adults .The motivation for children is much higher .They are not get cluttered with facts and are less stressed .All of these factors make younger learners of a new language eventually outpeform older ones. Furthermore, children can learn a new langunage through play- like activitise .They firstly make sens of the ctivity and then get the meaning.Children acquire language rather than consciuosly learn it ,as older children and adults have .Their ability to learn language diminishes when monolingual children reach puberty and become more self –conscious. The reserches say that bilingualism helps us better understan the structue of languages and can delay the Alzheimer's symptoms. It can help people find jobs . In conclution .I would say it does't mean that we can not learn a new language when we are older. It just means that if we are trying to decide to teach a new language to our children ,the earlier the better . Regards ,

Men and Women Differences, Amin http://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/247-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-06-31/1500-men-and-women-differences-amin http://sabaitc.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/247-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-06-31/1500-men-and-women-differences-amin

Some people think men and women have different natural abilities that make them suitable for different types of work. Others, however, believe that both men and women can be equally suited to do any types of work. Amin When it comes to differences between male and female natural capabilities, it converts into a controversy as to whether we can distinguish between them men and women in terms of the types of work each gender can afford. While there are certainly solid arguments to the contrary, other experts do not differentiate between the both sexes to this end. This essay stresses why men and women are separately equipped with appropriate talents which help them fit in specific types of work. Those who are against distinctly natural gifts for men and women contend that provided people, regardless of their sex, are trained to gain similar skills, they can equally be tailored to hold any type of work. With education development, women, who were absolutely jobless two centuries before, have occasionally reached almost the highest positions in a variety of disciplines in the community. Showing their support to women's talent, governments usually intend a number of political positions for women lest they will not should be blamed for ignoring the issue. Other experts, however, encourage physical and genetic differences granted to men and women. Taking for granted that every kind of job in modern society has experienced the both genders, the proponents of the idea state that this is an exception to the rule. Although there are infrequently physically strong women able to hold arduous jobs, like mining, it makes sense to suppose a man as an engineer in a factory who has to interact with ill-mannered labours, however difficult it is. On the other hand, what seems obvious to common sense is that since women are tender-hearted light hearted they are well equipped to fill caring professions. Demonstrating their innate sympathetic, humane attitudes, distinguished female nurses, social workers, and psychologists have been employing their particular natural abilities. Even though men possess unique capabilities to come up with a plausible decision in a tough situation, they are less unwilling to listen carefully to a divorce-stricken widow who is tackling various mental illnesses. In a nutshell, although the issue is not mutually exclusive, people are advised to apply for a career regarding their naturally inherited skills. Following such a policy, men and women not only fulfill their orientations, but also attain more achievements in their professions. Of course, it does not necessarily mean that a woman is most likely to be unsuccessful as a mechanical engineer.

TOPIC: COMPANIES LIKE TO HAVE PERSONAL INFORMATION OF THEIR STAFF. AGREE OR DISAGREE? Nowadays employees are asked to complete the questionnaire of the firms which includes some personal information like marriage or divorce status, birth date and so on while some staff do not want anybody to knows that let alone a big company. This can include some negative or positive aspects that some of them some of which are outlined below: I assume that in some views(aspects) it can be a suitable idea that a company has it's its staffs' personal details. Knowing personal information, the companies should get the most use of it. For example, in case a firm wants to encourage staffs or reward them, they can do it in on their birthday. besides, they can send some postal-cards as a gift for to them or their spouse at on the day of the wedding or engagement anniversary. If so, they will get couragebe incentivized or feel more enthusiastic about to their job and consequently the efficiency of the staff will significantly rise up. On the other hand, this can cause some remarkable woes for the companies especially big firms. Since the number of staffs are is largea lot, this will provide a large amount of data as well. Thus, it acquires an enormous data base which is considerably costly. Moreover, the security expenses fee of conservation on keeping from against robbery is are high too, forcing a noticeable cost to the relative companies. Last but not the least, as one of the most harmful effects of this issue, we can mention to(that) that some firms may misuse their staffs' information. For example selling them to spyinginstitutes or doing some illegal acts like embezzlement with the help of their ID code and other information that terminates (leads to) major problem for the staff. All in all, due to all the above mentioned reasons, possessing the staff's personal information can have both negative and positive influences on the companies but, the difference is in the way they use it.( Who would likes the strangers to know their personal information?) In educational levels from primary to university, too much time is spent on learning facts and not enough on learning practical skills, what do you think? One of the disputable subjects that the education system in Iran is struggling with is the number of unskilled graduate students. A television program recently argued the issue, claiming and claimed that at schools a variety of unnecessary subject matters are being taught to students and instead of providing them with useful terms, they are taught teach them many topics that in future will not probably be of any use and will might even be forgotten. From time to time, the ministry of education comes up with a new idea and makes a decision to change the yearly/annual system to termic or vice versa which not only has no essential effect in ameliorating the level of learning among the students, but might also have adverse effects. Graduating from universityies with no practical experience in any field makes it difficult for job seekers to find a proper profession. They are used to memorizing contents of the books and taking test, and have never been engaged in any practical activities. Thus, they cannot directly enter the market and need to spend some time learning how to bring their knowledge to action which might be a waste of time and energy. That is the point where many problems arise. That the numbers of unskilled graduated youngsters who are trying to be attracted by the market exceed that those of experienced ones is a controversial significant fact which needs a fundamental change in the education system. For instance, when a software computer engineer gets his license, he has a basic knowledge in programming and he needs to attend extra classes in order to be updated with the world's latest programs and learn how to write a computer program. In conclusion I, personally, believe that devoting a portion of the educational time to non-theoretical tasks is vital for collegians and helps them to improve their abilities, figure out what field of activity sparkles their interests the most, and empowers them to find a job more readilyeasier.
